We entrusted Juen with our accounting and he let us down. He promised a lot and under delivered to the point where our finances were left a complete mess. The overseas call center and workers he uses in the Philippines had trouble understanding us and coded our records incorrectly. I went to another accountant who was surprised and in disbelief over the poor quality of work.
