3 months old coffee table and the coating is pealing off, and also a very poor finish from Factory.first they wouldnt talk to you but only decline your claim by email.i would give them 0 star if i could...gave them the chance to look at my problem before doing this review, but all they say its wear and tear.look at my photos and you can see the job was poor from factory.paid $700 for this coffee table.do not spend your money here, if you have problem then you are nobody.anyone that need more prrof im happy to supply.

My partner and I visited the Castle Hill store around 1:00-2:00 PM on Friday 10th March 2023. Unfortunately, we had a pretty bad time with the young lady staff member there.We were really interested in this awesome outdoor dining set that was on floor sale, and we had few questions before we could commit to buying it. But the staff member who was supposed to be helping us was really unprofessional. She seemed totally uninterested in helping customers, and just sat there typing on her computer, ignoring everyone around her. We tried to get her attention and ask her some questions a few times, but she just gave us dry, unhelpful answers and then went back to her computer screen.The following two interactions really bothered us:- When we asked her about the total cost of the table and chairs, she actually told us that her math skills weren't very good, and that we should just calculate it ourselves!- We also asked about delivery date, she didn't seem to know anything and even started bad-mouthing the store manager. Telling us that it could take 2 weeks but wasn't sure because they have a new store manager and he is really slow. She told us that there were items in the store waiting to be picked up for more than a month and hence can't give any dates.All in all, it was a pretty terrible experience. We felt so let down that we ended up deciding not to buy the dining set after all, and we ended up going to a competitor store in the same building. It's such a shame, because we really wanted to buy from your store, but the staff member we encountered just didn't seem to care at all.Anyway, I just wanted to share our experience with you. I went into lounge lovers today not expecting to buy a couch, but kelleigh was such a delight to be served by. She went so above and beyond to assist me and help choose a colour that I left with purchasing the comfiest couch ever - the eden 3 seater. Kelleigh made me feel so comfortable and I hope she’s the manager next time I go in there.Great service!

We were totally blown away in a positive way by Dan the sofa man. He listens, is patient and gives you what you are looking for. The ability to be able to customise the way you want it, is incredible. We will recommend this place highly to all our friends and relatives. Can’t wait for the sofas to arrive!

Bought a dining table set a month plus ago only unpacked and installed recently due to delay in carpet installation. Found defect on the table, filed a complaint but was rejected as the company policy doesn't entertain complaint filed within 48 hour after delivery (can't blame them right? as delay is not caused by them). Does this defect appear to be damage by purchaser during installation? Look at those hardened glue!!!!!

I had a terrible experience with Supreme Furniture and was cautious to purchase again. The amazing team at Lounge Lovers was just... wonderful! Georgia was incredibly friendly and helpful, service was excellent and my lounge came exactly on the day promised with friendly delivery service as well. I’ll definitely be coming to Lounge Lovers and recommending them in future. They were absolutely wonderful!

I don’t even know where to start.First of all, I received messages from lounge lovers stating my delivery would arrive between 12-3pm on Tuesday 13/9/22 & I’d receive a message 30 minutes before. I messaged at 2.50pm just to confirm the delivery was coming today. They replied saying my delivery is booked Thursday 15/9/22. It is absolutely baffling to me that they did not notify me that my delivery was changed. There is no justifiable reason as to why I would not be notified. I took off the entire day of work expecting the delivery on Tuesday & lost a whole day of pay for no reason waiting around for a delivery that was never coming. I got nothing but a pathetic “sincere apology for the inconvenience. It is not just a little inconvenience to lose a days income.IT GETS WORSE!!!!When they came to deliver my lounges on Thursday, they were trying to take it up the elevator & said they wouldn’t fit. I live on the 13th floor & they expected me to carry it up myself because it’s not their job to take them up stairs so they just left me with my lounges in my apartment lobby. I then had to find some male friends that I had to PAY to bring it up 13 flights of stairs for me. Once they came, we decided to try the elevator ourselves & THEY FIT IN THE ELEVATOR EASILY!!! These delivery drivers barely tried to get it in & just left my lounges out for me to figure out myself. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!So not only did lounge lovers make me lose a whole days income for NO reason that could have been avoided by notifying me of my delivery date change. I paid for a delivery service that didn’t even get done!!!!!I’m absolutely disgusted. I cannot believe how much has gone wrong & how lounge lovers have had no empathy or offered anything to rectify their many mistakes that cost me so much money.

Literally worst customer service in the centre !!! I asked for a better price and Mo literally made me feel like I asked for an organ. He made up several nonsensical reasons instead of just saying sorry this is best we can do. Also given the recent reviews definitely won't be buying from here.

Outstanding service and quality products! Could not be more happy with the entire experience of purchasing our new buffet.Thanks you LL for making everything so easy and stress free. We will be back to fill our house with more of your divine furniture!!!
