Evolution Laser Clinic

If I could give 0 I would! The service here is the worst I ever experienced. Arrived early for my appointment, over AN HOUR and 15 minutes later I’m still waiting! Can you believe it. The staff were not attentive and didn’t even have the audacity to inform me of what was happening or how much longer. Got a refund and I will NEVER go back!

Very rude and unprofessional manager,I have been going these place for my laser hair removal but for my last service they try to charge me extra money which is not okay. I clearly talk to there the staff about the price before making the booking. The payment they asked me to pay is three times more than the actual payment as they mention me on the phone and then when i asked the staff about the person i talk in the phone the lady sitting next to the person who attend me told me that she is a manager and i need to talk to her . As a manager of the place she is very very arrogant, disrespectful and mannerless.I believe as a customer we should be respected and talk nicely. We paid to get service not to see their attitude.Do not recommend this place.Horrible experience. Never going back again.

I have done laser treatments for a few years now. I have come to Evolution Laser Clinic in Merrylands for a few times for their promotional prices which I find are a pretty good deal. I've done full brazilian, underarms and upper lip at Results Laser Clinic from when I first started my laser treatment a few years ago and continuously did that for 8-9 sessions and then after a while, came across that Evolution had a better deal so I then went to Evolution for a few more sessions. The staff that did my treatments here are not very friendly. She did the laser settings too hot and I was in a lot of pain, had told her multiple times if she can please turn the heat down as it causes a lot of discomfort and she replied back saying that she pretty much has to leave it on that setting and for me to basically just suck it up for a few minutes. I found their customer service to be very inconsiderate, unethical and unprofessional. I came home after my treatments feeling very uncomfortable and continuously had burning sensations on my skin and felt a lot of discomfort for days. If ever I feel a discomfort during my treatments at Results, they show empathy, are apologetic and would do something about the issue straight away to ensure that I have comfortable treatments. The last time I came here, I had paid for my session in advance and had booked an appointment to get my treatment done. On the day of the appointment, the lady had said that I never paid for my treatment and made it so insisting that I really had not paid for it when I told her multiple times that I have paid for it a week prior. Good thing I still had kept the receipt to show her, she looked confused and told me that they didn't even have that recorded in the system. How pathetic. Lesson learned that I should have stuck to the first option instead of wandering off. I'm not sure how the Evolution Laser head office trains their staff but I probably won't recommend the clinic in Merrylands.

The clinic is clean and the ladies are lovely. The person I had was Araxi, she was super bubbly and took her time to listen to my concerns. Would definitely recommend!

I was always spectial about doing any type of laser treatment until I came into evolution laser in Merrylands. I met with one of the staff Snezana and she made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions with no hesitations. She made the experience enjoyable and was always available for any follow up questions I had. Over all I was very impressed as the staff were amazing, the place was so clean and I got the results I was promised.

I been coming to Merrylands clinic for awhile and my laser treatments have always been good and the results are great. I seen the therapist Snezana and she has always been professional and is very knowledgeable. The clinic always looks clean and service has been excellent.

Absolutely incredible at every service! Can’t thank the girls at Evolution Laser in Merrylands enough! Always smiling, happy to help and a pleasure the whole visit. Not to mention how clean the clinic always is and ready to go for the next client. Personally my therapist is Araxi who I have been with for over a year now and she is so lovely and always makes me feel comfortable and welcome. From skin treatments, facials and laser hair removal she specialises in all. Always look forward to coming to my appointments - even the painful ones!

Can't begin to describe how AWESOME and convenient this place is!!! The staff here are amazing and so friendly. Been coming to the Merrylands clinic for a while now and never have I been disappointed with any of my treatments! Never would I imagine going to any other clinic for my laser! Great staff who made me feel welcome from the minute I stepped into the clinic.My laser therapist Snez was kind and instantly made me feel comfortable. She was professional and did such a great job.I highly recommend evolution laser clinic in Merrylands.

Very clean and professional clinic. I been to other places and the therapists here are experienced and well knowledgeable. The service is great and I never had any issues with them.
