Ellengowan Hotel Augathella
Was greeted by friendly staff as soon as I walked though the door. Were happy to make alterations to the menu to allow for my dietary requirements. Food was cheaply priced and the servings were generous. Will be back. These guys are awesome thanks for your hospitality!!

Excellent place to eat.We had steak (very reasonable prices compare to Sydney)with a very nice salad.We arrived night time and we stayed at the cabins next to the hotel.The cabins were quite new, very clean and comfortable.

Wow wow wow. The meals are absolutely brilliant. Beers are priced well. So it's a definite 5 star stop here. Can't believe that we have passed here some many times and not stopped. Thanks for the great meal (crumbed steak)Powered sites are available out the back and you get $10 off your meal or drink.Meat is sourced from the local butcher.

The Ellangowan Hotel has powered caravan sites at the back of the pub. Showers and toilets at the pub. Cheap as, and $10.00 dinner voucher included. Great service, clean, tidy and refreshing. Add it to you itinerary- you will not be disappointed.

Ellengowan Hotel Augathella
Park your Caravan at the back of the Ellengowen Hotel for $25 a night, but they give you a $10 voucher to spend on food or drink . Large spaces for large RV's , power , water , toilets & showers. Quiet & peaceful. Great pub food . Also a awesome Butcher in the town. Augathella, a nice little place to visit.

Thought we would support the local and have a meal but after been charged $23.50 for 1 beer and 1 glass of wine we left so can't comment on meals. Went back today and checked if I had been charged the correct price and unfortunately I was charged for a bottle of wine instead of a glass. I was given a bottle for free so have changed my rating

Sunday night is pizza night. This was the supreme pizza with anchovies for $25. This beast beat us (2 ppl). A few cold beers with pizza watching the sun go down.

Perfect stopover for an overnighter whilst touring. Powered site out the back of the pub and a great menu. Augathella is a neat little town.

Great service, and the meals are top-notch at a great price, very friendly atmosphere. I'll be back again even though I'm 1400kms or more from home
