Castle Hill Veterinary Hospital

Very disappointed at the care. Have taken our dog to castle Hills veterinary hospital for years. He’s an old boy and yesterday he started shaking so I just put him in the car and drove to “our” vet. Had no apportionment but it was an emergency. When I came there I was told sorry we are booked out today. That’s not how you treat a dog who’s been coming to you for years ( and spent a lot of money also )very disappointing

I highly recommend this veterinary, the team of staff are the most amazing and kindhearted people. A special thanks to Jimeil who reassured me and comforted me during this time, I had a very stressful and heartbreaking situation, but she managed to help me feel at ease, I also extent my gratitude to the other staff who were amazing. Every staff member showed that they really care about your pets. I would never write reviews although I felt I couldn’t express my gratitude enough.

Thankyou to Richard and all the staff for taking such great care of my little Zeus during all of his surgeries for his broken / amputated leg. I know he found a special place in everyone's heart there. Thankyou so much for all your hard work , love and compassion.

My poor darling Fish (cat) was thought to have had a form of gastro however ended up needing surgery of removing an earplug that blocked the exit point of the stomach that had been causing him to not hold down food nor relieve himself as well as potential death if not treated. The staff at the hospital were ever so comforting as well as supportive when asked questions. I appreciate the consistency of keeping us informed and looking after my baby. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I cannot thank the team enough for their level of care towards my dog. Even though the news wasn't the best and my baby girl of 18 years had to be put down. The team treated Sophie like one of their own pets. The vet Liam was great at explaining the her results and showed the most respect during a difficult time. The process over the two days was smooth and had highest level to customer service I have ever had. Even though we only new to this vet, they went above and beyond to cater for our needs. Today in the mail I received the most beautiful gift of Sophie's paw print in a card, and let me tell you this was the most beautiful gift I have ever received and cried happy tears as it was one thing I wanted, as I planned on getting a paw print tattooed on me, and now I can have hers! Thank you again to the team for the high level service and care you gave us, we are super grateful for everything you have done. This will now be our new vet for our other girl. <3
