Great service! Wyatt was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and fun to work with - to get the deep cycle batteries for our converted van changed over (tricky process with the space and wires!). Along with the supportive team we left with the job done and happy. Thank you BW Noosa!!!

Friendly, honest and thorough service at a price that was better that I was expecting. After fitting the battery, accessing the OBD2 port on my car turned out to be a fiddly job due to the port cover being stuck. They spend a long time on working this free without damaging the cover and then thoroughly checking the OBD2 readout for anything out of the ordinary rather than simply clearing the codes and moving on. I'll definitely be back for any future battery related issues.

Fantastic service - even when it was a warranty claim. Had an expensive car battery replaced by a Battery World in Sydney at the end of 2019. In recent months it started failing (weird error messages about car systems being unavailable). Took it Battery World in Noosa half expecting a fight over warranty but they connected it to a reader, declared the battery as needing replacement and did it on the spot. It was a completely easy and no fuss. Thanks guys.

There are not many places that provide genuine old fashioned customer service. Battery World Noosa is one that does! I returned from a 6 week overseas trip to a battery that was DEAD. Roadside assist came around and stated the car and then offered to sell me a new battery but I told them I needed a factory spec battery which I knew Battery World Noosa stocked, as they sold me the one I had in my car. On arrival, Elias went way and beyond my expectations in that after testing the battery,not only did he suggest a loan battery, but that he would charge my old one and call me when it was fully charged. To my surprise two days later, I found out I had a 42 month warranty and because the old battery could not get up to the required charging point, they provided me with a new one. Fantastic Service and no questions asked. Much appreciated guys.

Worst experience I have had at any shop in noosa. The bald manager is an arrogant, nasty peice of work. The younger guys there where fantastic but unfortunately due to the older bald guy I will never be back. He exerts alot of aggression and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I have spoken to others since that have said they had the exact same experience. I will be sure to let everyone know to stay far far away or go see there other store in maroochydore that is run by much nicer people.

Fantastic service. Seriously beyond 5 star. Callum was very accommodating and ensured all settings on our Porsche Cayenne were not lost when changing from one battery to another. Cayenne's are not a 5 minute job. The battery is located under the passengers seat. It takes time. The pricing was excellent. Very happy.
