Excellent shopping experience at this store. Kerri assisted me with my purchases. They were out of stock of a set of bed sheets I was after. Kerri called around to other stores and found one of the last two available and organised to have it shipped to me. She was so lovely and helpful! Customer service as it should be.

Seems racist store…Never go again and choose any from this brand. I walked inside this afternoon while one younger girl saw us but was treated as if she saw nothing. When we finished watching almost out of the store, another lady calmly said hello to us…

I bought a cookware set and this knife was a bonus gift online, however they separated the parcels into 2 and the knife set sent to Kinsgrove Post office while am living at Kogarah, cookware set still showing on the way and no update emailed Myhouse customer service for almost 2wks however no answer from them, tried their number saying always busy, it’s been almost 1mth and I haven’t received any of my goods.

What is the point of having sales if they refuse to take CASH as method of payment??. You could possibly count on ONE HAND how many businesses IN THE ENTIRE CENTRE THAT REFUSE TO ACCEPT CASH. THIS IS ONE OF THEM. THEY HAD A TINY LITTLE a5 SIGN ON THE COUNTER WHICH THE STAFF POINTED TO WHEN I ASKED TO PAY WITH CASH. I know they are just employees but their “head office” needs to review its “policy”

Choose another store, they’re just trying to move stock. Asked for help in choosing a quilt, was sold the opposite of what I needed (Despite asking three times if it definitely was said product) and then when I realized (the same day) was told I couldn’t return it and instead told that ‘as an adult’ I should have chosen better. Go to Myer, you’ll have a much better experience.

This shop does not take cash, yep that's what I said, they don't accept legal tender (cash) people should be very careful of how the future plays out, with new CBDC's central bank digital currencies, they can choose to just turn off your currency. It's businesses like this that should be avoided

Personal review of customer service in the Miranda store. I went to the store to purchase several items including pillows, quilt set and pillow case set. Upon purchasing my items, I was informed that I would not be able to return the pillows for hygiene reasons. Fair enough. After my purchase, I went to the online store and saw that for the exact same items, they were cheaper online. I therefore went back to request a refund of the quilt and pillow case set. I was told that they do not do refunds, only exchange or credit. Not only was I not informed of this which I would have thought would be reasonable to do so at the time (I mean, they took the time to tell me about the pillows after all), I asked whether the credit could be used for online purchases. I was told that I could not. That the in store and online stores are separate entities. Had i known this, I would not have made the instore purchases and feel completely ripped off. On top of all this, I found the staff at the store to be argumentative, rude and unhelpful and were only welcoming when needing to make sales. Needless to say, I will not be making any further purchases from this store or online.Further, the receipt states please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind on purchases of protectors

Walked in was greet by a friendly staff member who asked if I needed help, I declined & said I was happy to look. They went off & helped a coupleFound something I like, took it up to the counter, I waited. Notice a 2nd staff member stack shelf’s a 3rd staff members walked up to this member & started talking I waited, they looked at me & they keep taking & talking. I walked to the front door, that is when the 3rd member asked if I needed help. It was too later. If they had acknowledge me whilst I was waiting I wouldn’t have walked out.
