Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs Peakhurst

Extremely disappointed with this repairer. They broke a part that wasn’t broken before the repair then proceeded to not tell me about it until I found out myself then when I told them about it they told me they had it on order. So they basically gave me the car back knowing there was a issue but tried to hide it. Waited and waited (8 weeks after the repair was done) still did not receive a call to tell me the part was available. Had to call weekly and chase with no answers. I ended up purchasing the part myself as it was taking too long from Mazda and they had the part for me in less than 24 hours and even fitted! They also did not fix my door handle properly as the paint feels extremely rough and has finger prints. The boss proceeded to try and convince me that they didn’t repair the handle even though it was damaged in the accident and when I picked the car up obviously the damage was gone.I chose to go with this place as they seemed great with amazing reviews but far from great. The only nice thing about this place was the reception team. Would of been more understanding if I was told the truth in the first place. I rarely leave comments but this was very disheartening and wasted a lot of time and stress for no reason.

Strang place. Half the staff were lovely and great and half were trying to gloss over the flaws and rush me out.The major repairs I went in for were fixed very well, beautiful, however the over spray and other damage caused while my vehicle was in the shops care are of huge concern.Check everything and don't let them rush you.

My car was hit while parked, right bumper side which is why I came in .they fixed that up but I also had a little ding with rust on the boot (left hand side) from a previous accident 2 years ago and they touched it up for me to stop the rust and painted it white , which wasn’t apart of the damage , it was so unexpected when I picked it up. I Really really appreciate it so much. Thankyou to whoever fixed my car. As a busy single mum of two , that really helped me out a biggie! Definitely recommend. Also the two ladies at front reception are so lovely!!

My car was damaged whilst park, it got a large area of dents near right rear seat door. I want to give a special thanks to Josh. He has done an impeccable job on my car, it looked like a brand new car when i picked up my car. I was so happy to see my car back to the way it was before the accident. I would highly recommand this repairer. Last but not least, I wanted to say thank you to Josh again for painting my car perfectly. You made my day:)

My insurer had booked my car in to get fixed, upon driving into the shop my first impressions were exceeded, the place was extremely clean which I had not expected for a repairs shop. I had two of my young children with me, the team were so friendly and warming towards my kids and made them feel welcomed. I had broken my tail light and came with a new one to be fixed and offered to pay however they would not accept and offered to fix it as goodwill. I cannot recommend this place enough, they were very professional, quick but also got the job done correctly. I would definitely choose this place again should I ever need repairs done. I contacted Capital S.M.A.R.T. Repairs Peakhurst to carry out the repairs on my car due to a not at fault motor vehicle accident which resulted in damage to the right rear quarter of my Toyota Prado. Upon arrival I was greeted with courtesy from the friendly staff who were professional and respectful. They promised the repairs would be carried out within three days and they delivered on their promise. When I picked up my car I was delighted to see the result! George and his team went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right the first time with minimal downtime and to my complete satisfaction.
