With the use of cupping and dry needling she has completely removed all pain in my shoulder and got me back training and taught me how to manage and adapt myself to reduce chance of reinjury

Jan helped me on several occasions at Pain Be Gone in Brisbane. She applied cupping and dry needling in addition to her strong hands which all helped me to release a lot of stress, tension and aches. Jan is super supportive, extremely helpful and very passionate about making me feel better. Jan is also very knowledgeable, always sharing ideas and information on exercises and equipments to prevent returning pains and aches. He plays a lot of competitive sports for school - volleyball, soccer and basketball. On top of excessive use of his muscles, he also has poor postures when working with devices. He would often get muscle cramps on his calves and lower back pain. Jan applied cupping and dry needling for him with care and always checked if he was feeling ok. He had great results, always felt more relaxed, pain gone and he could rest well after the sessions. Jan gave him exercises and suggestion of equipments to work on which he is still following today.Jan is the best remedial therapist ever! We are so sad that Jan moved to Melbourne, it is a huge loss for Brisbane.

I recently had the incredible healing benefits of dry needling and cupping at Pain Stoppers Health Clinic, the results were outstanding as I felt significant improvement in my mobility and reduction in muscle tension. As I myself am an active person and do a lot of physical labour and sports on the daily.Dry needling was a whole different ball park as I had never experienced it before, It helped alleviate the pain and discomfort I was experiencing in my arms and legs.Cupping created a gentle suction which help released the muscle tension in my back and helped the blood circulation throughout.What impressed me the most was Jonicel. She was attentive, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and helped me developed a treatment plan tailored to my needs.Honestly best place you can go if you're in need of a recovery session or rehabilitation.
