I can't more highly recommend Warren and team at Macmillans Accountants. They have always provided me with responsive services, fantastic, no nonsense advice. No matter how complex or straightforward your needs they continue to demonstrate an ability to think outside of the box to deliver the best outcomes. Processes and systems are streamlined and efficient.Highly recommend!

I had a terrible experience with the firm. I was quoted an original price for a basic return with a very basic ABN return. The original quote was the cheapest I found in Maitland after ringing around. The offices were messy, unorganised and the account was so slow and provided my with incorrect information regarding my claims as I have claimed these things in previous years with previous accountants. So many things were missed. When it came to finally submittinmg my return I was surprised with a rediculous bill, nearly 5 times what I was originally quoted with no breakdown of costing and no warning during the appointment that extra costs may be required. When asked for a breakdown of charges the itemised account almost seemed made up. Very unhappy. Would never recommended this firm to anyone.

We went to get our tax returns. Months passed and I didn't receive my tax return money. When we rang to ask the firm why, they said that they were sorry but that still hadn't LODGED it. It's been another month and still nothing. Its now december. This is an extremely disorganised and disappointing firm. Don't waste your time!
