Sent my brand new car from Sydney to Darwin. Codi the operational manager said car will be there in 2 weeks. Got my car after 4 weeks.On top Codi is very rude guy. When I got my car there is big crack on my windscreen. When I called them they said they are not covering any car damage. So make sure guys if you have something expensive don’t go with them. You will eventually regret like me.

Sent my car to Darwin. Very disappointed. Damaged my car. Manager Brent not happy to take any responsibility. As per their policy they don’t cover any damage cost of your personal belongings. Not a good company to transfer your expensive items. On top Brent said you should be happy at-least you got your car. They way he said I felt like they will stole my car and am lucky that I got my car in hand. Not a trustworthy option at all.

Absolutely disgusted with this transport company. Twice we have used these guys to get our car & trailer from Darwin on a truck & it has been completely damaged both times. Do not use these guys if you have anything valuable. They have no care or respect towards your belongings. Will never recommend or use this company again.

What a tremendous facility for a top quality reliable transport company! Fully equipped workshop, parking for many trucks and trailers, a state of the art security system located on the railway in Campbelltown away from residential neighbours who complain about noise or trucks! Want to transport safely, economically, quickly to or from Darwin NT?! Think of Scarcella's!
