Decent beach.Parking - parking is hard to find especially on a weekend.Beach - beach area was nice and some sections had public showers so that you can wash off that excess sand.The sand is full of rocks and seashells so it makes it hard to walk around the shallow area. Keep in mind if you have kids. You can walk a little bit further in the water as there is a sand bar where the water is not deep and the sand is fine with no rocks or seashells.

The sand is not too fine and there are many tiny sea shells. But overall its a great beach to do beach bumming. My children liked staying by the river

Very nice beach with family friendly environment and car park situated. A little rocky in some areas but otherwise great for a more local feel. Not many jetskis or boats like the other beaches along the peninsula.

Golden sandy beach with a small car park. Colourful bathing boxes on the Northern/Right of the beach add colour and character. A small lagoon in slightly from the beach offers a safe place for kids to paddle that is usually warmer than Port Philip Bay.

Incredible beach! Clear water and beautiful views. Bring some snacks, set your area and put your rubbish in the bit.Oh, don’t forget to go to The Pillars!

Council could out more parking. But it was a very nice beach

There’s ample car parking normally food trucks and the beach is pretty good for kids to play in the river that meets the beach.
