Bought a Parker Sonnet Ciselle pen & biro gift on the occasion of my nephew's admission to the Bar in SA. The staff could not have been more helpful and the range of pens of high quality was impressive. Highly recommended.

Needed replacement cartridges for an unbranded pen that was a gift years ago. The server (Leah on the receipt) was fantastic. She didn't stop trying sizes until she got the right one. They didn't have any that fit so she showed me how to use a refillable cartridge and showed me the ink bottle colours. I'm thrilled with the quality of the product (Robert Oster ink, unknown brand refillable cartridge). I love that it's more ecofriendly too. I won't go back to cartridges if I can avoid them. And i have no idea how I am going to narrow down which colours I want next as theres so many.As a real novice she explained everything so clearly and I don't know how to thank her enough. The pen was a gift from a relative no longer with us and I've struggled to find refills for months and it means the world to me to be able to still use it.You really made my day (probably made my year if I'm being honest) Leah. Very good customer service and the shop is well arranged with a bit of nostalgia. Had a pleasant visit with the sales girl who was very kind and friendly.

Was browsing and came in ended up buying a gift pen. Wonderful collection here and staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products in-store. Engraving services suggested, turned out so lovely as finishing touch on the specialty pen.

The assistant with the silver hair recommended the South Australian Robert Oster signature ink. The ink was brilliant on my cheap and cheerful pilot kakuno. The ink was smooth and the drying speed was just nice. The ink recommendations from this place are always spot on (I was recommended the Waterman intense Black the last time and that was perfect as well). Highly recommended for all your pen and ink needs.

My Lamy fountain pen wasn't writing anymore. The shop assistant was so kind and helpful! I can highly recommend it.It's working again now and I will look after and clean it mor often from now on.

Charming customer service, beautifully presented shop, and a wide range of options of pens, refills, paper, and folio’s. It was super simple to get a refill for my much loved Waterman pen. I’ll visit back to upgrade my gear next time!

5/11/2022 The two sales assistants were lovely and provided detailed information on the Montblanc pens. They were welcoming and genuinely cared about my interest. The main person that served me did not give an aggressive sales pitch. She went above and beyond by explaining the different styles, and allowing me to test the product. I was grateful for their professional customer service. Additionally, it is worth stepping into the Pencraft shop to see the beautiful collection of luxury pens.
