The most terrible experience with any real estate so far. Throughout my rental and now that I have left the property the agent is to busy to return my bond. The property managers pretended to not speak English for a long time until I stopped paying the rent due to false advertisement, property had no TV or wifi connection. Also had no council bins or parking. Just getting utilities connected was an uphill battle. Then finally after 2 months the landlord sent someone to connect channels, from Wollongong.Since Brian Kim left any communications with the Eastwood Remax after has been the worst and tasteless experience I have ever had with a real estate. Very incompetent and racist lot of you ask me. I think I would have had better treatment if I was an Asian client.

Went through meeting 10 plus agents over the years and have been the most honest and professional. Its a boutique brand that only focuses on customer service and best results.

A lady named Renee from this real estate, REMAX K1, yelled at me very harshly on the phone today to the point I was in tears. I've never been yelled at like this from a stranger in my life and will be setting an appointment to see a therapist.I wanted to sort out an issue amicably with the staff here as their tenant advised me that the real estate hired cleaners to clean out our storage cage. I was speaking to them about my options and the various advice I received from the police and my own real estate. She became defensive, becoming extremely harsh and yelling at me, threatening me that if I were to go to tribunal, she has a lot of years of experience and it will not be good for us. I told her clearly I do not want to go to tribunal and that was the ADVICE I had received from my end, but the yelling did not stop.I will also note that I only saw their tenant because the police constable RANG me and told me to come up to the level with the tenant. The police also told the both of us to exchange numbers to sort out the matter. However, Renee was very angry and yelling at me for approaching their tenant. I never approached their tenant, it was only because the police called us all to meet up, otherwise I would have no idea who the tenant is.We are victims due to them telling a cleaner to clean out our storage cage (they did not leave a notice and we lost over $5000 worth of tools) and I understand they may possibly be victims too (this is what they claim). I wouldn't know, but the fact that they got angry at me and verbally abused me on the phone, I don't think that is professional at all.

Zero Stars.I am not sure where to start, but stay away from renting from this agency and especially dealing with Renee.We rented an oldish property with another agency and Remax took over 2/3 the way for our tenancy.1. There was no handover done with old agency.2. Nothing was documented regarding property condition, lease start dates, our rental cycles, existing complaints or anything else.3. We were told that property was very well looked after by us during the only inspection they did.4. Couple of months later, we received a letter to leave the property within 90 without any reasons given in the middle of rental crisis. Even after asking to pay more to Landlord, we were told that that they just want us to leave.5. We always paid our rent on time, but our complaints for damages of electrical equipment, pest issues and roof leaks were completely ignored.6. We got the property cleaned from their recommended cleaner, who charged us heavily and still did not do a decent job. They probably get a cut under the table from him.7. We accommodated all of their requests and left the property in the same condition literally as we moved into with normal wear and tear. We were slammed after this for every little thing and most of our bond was deducted. They literally revamped the whole place with our bond money.8. We overpaid rent by mistake and it took them 5 weeks to refund one week rent after deducting the last water bill.9. In a few months time, we became best tenants to worst and were treated badly on last few phone calls to them.In our 16 years of rental history this was our worst experience ever and I strongly recommend not to rent through this agency.We are glad that we left the place and its all done and dusted after weeks of trauma.
