Mandurah Prestige and Performance

Had my vehicle serviced and the fuel tank was left loose and moving around, worst thing was I was handed a bag containing an air filter and told it had not been changed at the previous service at Mandurah Toyota there was also a mention of a fuel transfer filter not having been done, I was encouraged by Steve to approach Mandurah Toyota and question these things, turns out the parts provided by Steve were not from my Toyota car they suited a Nissan, when Mandurah Toyota contacted Steve to clear up this misunderstanding Steve denied sending me there with the parts or saying the fuel transfer filter had never been changed, Steve the owner of the business LIED and I was labelled a Liar By the service manager and dealer principal of Mandurah Toyota.Steven is a Liar so be aware you were warned if you choose to deal with the business, Stevens answer to the problem is give me a $50.00 credit against future work, I am not stupid enough to return my vehicle there.

Disappointing!! Made a huge mistake supporting them and will not use or ever recommend them in the future. My Triton ute went in for a 40000km minor service., received my vehicle back with incorrect service details. Contacted them and was advised to return the vehicle and they will reset the service details to the correct settings. They were not able to correct their mistake and I was told to take the vehicle away, see if it would reset and then bring it back again and it was implied that the fault is with the vehicle. I wrote two emails to verify what course of action they would take to rectify the problem, I also asked about a claimed clutch fluid test that was performed. Wanted to know the equipment used, test criteria for the clutch fluid. No response received to my emails. Took the vehicle back for a third time and again they were not able to rectify the settings. Claimed it was a fault with the vehicle. The service report make no mention of a fault. Fact is they serviced the vehicle, set the service interval incorrectly and now that they can not set it correctly it has become a vehicle fault. No response to my emails, I even have an electronic delivery report for the second email. I question the honesty and the integrity with which they conduct business.

-Photos say it ALL, DAMAGED PAINT.asked if they knew how to roll guards, they said YES".- the last 3 photos was taken when I received the car back with a large chip/flake out of the paint-the first photo was taken 24/hours prior to the work

I have been taking my car to Steve Mandurah Prestige for many many years. His whole team are extremely helpful and are always available to give me a lift back to my house and then pick me up later in the day once my car has finished.Steve always rings if he finds something that needs to be fixed or replaced to get permission to go ahead, he gives you a price and doesn’t just go ahead and fix something without permission.He has really looked after my car over the years and recently has checked my new vehicle that I purchased to ensure that it was safe to drive and had any areas of my car that were not working properly.Steve is always approachable and you can ask him anything about my car. He and all his staff are very professional, kind and always helpful.I highly recommend you get your car serviced and cared for by Steve and his team.Annabelle

Cannot for the life of me understand some of the idiotic reviews here. We have had our cars fully looked after by Steve and his team and NEVER for a minute have we ever been dissatisfied. Quite the contrary. The service we get is exemplary and on time every time and people we have recommended to Steve have always been very happy. We would not go anywhere else and we will always continue to recommend others do the same.

After having my car falsely diagnosed by 2 different mechanics I took my car to Mandurah prestige and performance.I cannot thank Steve and his team for their work with my challenging Mercedes, it was not a drama for them to find the issue that others couldn’t.
