Recent storm fried both TV's insurer required quotes. George at Microbell could not have made it easier. Took our claim number sent all the details to the insurer. Once approved had the TV's fixed in no time. It couldn't have been easier

I found George and Microbell Narrabeen on the Internet and the experience that he delivered was excellent. From the time I called him, he was at my house only a few hours later picking up my TV and within days had an answer for me.He outlined everything that needed to happen as was very thorough in his approach.He provided constant communication including most importantly the time of when he was going to turn up. I was never left waiting for him to arrive which can happen so often in these types of industries.I would have no hesitation in using George and Microbell again in the future.

George at Microbell was very helpful and cooperative performing tasks I requested Ie transfer multiple as in many old VHS tapes to DVDs. The task was not a simple one as they were complex and some quite lengthy and some short. He was extremely accommodating at all times.I have no hesitation in recommending Microbell ie George to anyone.

I went to see George as I needed my reel to reel player looked at for repair.George was not only honest about what repairs needed doing, but was very helpful form start to finish. It was a pleasant experience.I would highly recommended George for repairs needed, and if need be I will be definitely going back in the future.

A big SHOUT out to George who saved me $$$ in purchasing a new TV by repairing my very expensive 2011 Samsung LED 55 inch TV. One of the best technicians, friendly and efficient. They are convenient enough to come to you free of charge to pick up tvs if need be. Loyal to their customers and i have always been pleased with their services! You save at least $140 on a quotation fee which most places charge, but at Microbell quotes are free which is yet another bonus.

Dropped my 2017 Samsung 55’’ for a quote, George took two days to call me asking for $400 and then tried to push me into get it fixed asap because it was taking too much space at his shop. as soon as I said I wouldn’t do it because of the price (can get a new one for about that) he was very rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even say goodbye. Waste of time. What a sad old guy…
