Again, very impressed by Total Windscreens. Booked the job on Friday, Anthony came out this morning to replace windscreen and side glass. Efficient, polite and paid waaaaay less than quoted by the competition. Thank you guys. Stellar service!!

Absolutely amazing service. Grace on the phones was so thorough even requesting a photograph to ensure that the right windscreen was ordered.Phil did the installation the same day at my home. He called to advise of his arrival time and was so efficient, friendly and clearly knows his business very well - the new windscreen was installed quickly and professionally.Price was competitive and service was outstanding. I highly recommend total windscreens and wish I could give them 10 stars.

The team at Total Windscreens were fantastic. I couldn't recommend them more highly and their exemplary service. Grace, the office manager on the phone jumped some seriously difficult hoops to expedite ordering so I could get a screen as soon as possible and the technician Anthony couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond when it came to getting things right even down to putting a new piece of double-sided tape on the e-tag. It might seem small but those little details are what makes the difference.Thanks to the team again.

Would not recommend these Guys to anyone. Had windscreen replaced on the 14/6. Ordered windscreen without Blue tint at top prior to coming out, left them to replace windscreen to find they had fitted a different windscreen to the one ordered. When questioning the Installer about it, he stated that the windscreen ordered would not be available, there was a 1 year wait (was never told this when ordered). Rang ?owner, who also stated the difficulty in obtaining the ordered windscreen, however stated they would replace when available. Now a month later, have had two previous conversations with the owner, last conversation now three weeks ago. Left a message with ? receptionist last week. Have had no response from this. Communication in this business is appalling. Have rang 2 other companies who stated that they can provide the required windscreen, however don't feel that I should have to pay twice for this product. Have also not received an official receipt from this company after paying by eftpos on the14/6, thus difficult to process for my tax return as I too run my own business. Again would not recommend these guys to anyone, and suggest that anyone reading these reviews take there business elsewhere. I should have acknowledged previous reviews, thus my fault for not doing my homework properly.

I explicitly made an appointment for today and have waited over an entire hour for someone to turn up. Appalling experience to say the least.No one bothered to call and advise me whether I should expect a delay or if this booking was cancelled altogether.Utterly inconsiderate and disrespectful - it's as if you assume that people don't have better things to do on a Saturday.

Had a leak on the windscreen and feared the worst. Technician came out and rather than believe the customer, he tested the leak and found the real problem. Did his firm out of a few hundred but delighted a customer. Recommend Total Windscreens. I don't often keep Business cards but I have used them before and now I remember the reason I kept the card.

Used them twice so far. Once on a fiat about 2 years ago and no issues so far. And second time today, cracked windscreen on a Impreza, called in the morning for a quote and fitted at my place in the same afternoon!!! Amazing service and great prices to match!!

I was so impressed with how great it was too deal with Anthony. He was on time, super friendly and thorough. The total cost of the job was about half of what the big windscreen chains quoted me to.

Good service with unfortunately terrible time management, they told me your service will take approximately 1 hrs but it took 2 hrs and wasn't a complicated case. Just they haven't started it on time

I had my car windscreen replaced today by Anthony. Great Service, extremely polite and so much cheaper than the competition. No way would I pay O'Briens their over inflated price (They quoted double the amount for the same job) when I can deal with honest company like Total Windscreen Services. Job well done, thank you again.
