The guy that came today was incredibly nice and professional. They came early as someone cancelled and did both our carpets and carpet streaching within 45 minutes. Was incredibly impressed with how clean it came out and how helpful he was during the whole experience.

We recently had our carpets cleaned by Clinton from safe clean, as our carpets needed a freshen up and a few stains removed. Clinton was punctual, friendly, respectful and a all round great guy. He was understanding and friendly with our dog and went above and beyond exceeding our expectations. The carpets are fresh, clean and smell amazing.We would highly recommend this service. We will be booking again in 12 months for our annual clean.Thankyou Clinton and Safe Clean extremely satisfied with the service.

Today we had Clintin come and clean our carpets. He did an amazing job taking great care to get the carpets looking like new again. He was very knowledgeable and gave me heaps of hints to keep the carpets looking good. We will definitely use SafeClean again and will certainly be asking for Clintin. Not only are they very reasonably priced the service was fantastic.

Staff are so friendly and helpful! We had end of lease carpet clean of 3 rooms and pest clean. Affordable and they did a fantastic job. They picked our keys up from real estate even after realestate messed up. Would definitely recommend! :)

Terrible service. The individual who visited the property to clean the carpet was rude, arrogant and unprofessional. He left stains on the windows and was uncooperative when asked to leave via the main entrance. We called requesting a full carpet clean as we had pet hair across the apartment. We were charged $160, and no hair was removed from the carpet. You then want to charge another $110 to re visit the site to clean the pet hair. An absolute rip off and disgraceful conduct. Do not use this business - edit - yes this is the correct business - work was done at 141 Campbell street - edit: photo of tax invoice is attached as proof of work

Professional, and friendly, and well priced - is it even possible?! Yes! An absolute pleasure to deal with from the initial quote all the way through to final payment. Somehow (not sure how) Clinton bought our carpets back to life. I cannot fault them. Thankyou SafeClean.
