Store has undergone a makeover since my last review. Lots of aisles changed around. Not too bad for exploring. But the best aspect is still THE STAFF. Great mix and Helpful. DIRECT TO BOOT service rocks.

Very poor services, the girl on Sunday evening shift Archana / Alchana, on 13/2/2022 was the most rude lady I have ever spoken to in my entire life. Their air & water service was broken and they did not had any sign on it. I wanted to check air in my tyres and obviously I got a flat tyre because of them. I asked Alchana that what do I do now?" " How can I go home with a flat tyre?" The customer service agent Alchana in the petrol station said that " I don't know

The worst supermarket in Launceston by far , dirty and never has much stock and if they do its out of date , would be nice to have something decent in the Riverside area, if they had coles or other competition in area they wouldn't exist.

I wasn't happy with the checkout operator. He charged me twice for the ham. And his packing was atrocious! Not well trained at all.

The product range is good. The self checkout very inefficient. The whole thing is based on not trusting the customer. It starts with your face on the screen. The next is that they check based on weighing each product. If you have more of the same, this will run in issues. I don't understand what their goal is. Discourage the customer to use this and go to the checkout with a person? That is what I do after using this service"."

Place has been updated since I was there last (8 months previous to this post). Very clean. Well layed out and staff seem friendly. Easy access and easy exit. Plenty of parking.

This woolies is a bit of a let down regarding their fruit and veg department and the deli is not very appealing. Unfortunately we have to travel across town to get better produce.
