My PT experience with SM Fitness was wonderful. In the beginning, I went to Sharon to get back into fitness after having no interest in going to the gym or working out myself. Sharon worked with me to create goals I wanted to reach. Each week I loved going to Sharon as she would not only help me in getting closer to reaching my goals but also teach me so much. The knowledge she has shared with me I still remember and apply it now while I am working out myself. I won’t ever forget the feeling of ticking off new PB’s in exercises. If you have been thinking of getting back into fitness or looking for an encouraging PT then I would highly recommend SM Fitness. She will help you and provide so much knowledge that you will love going to each session.

Sharon is not just a PT she teaches and educates you in every session! She has a wealth of knowledge and will provide you with all the support and motivation you need to get you through every session and help you work towards reaching your personal and fitness goals. Sharon's sessions are always fun with plenty of laughs!!

I found Sharon of SMFitness when I went to the gym near my work, and sought help. I was a time poor professional in my 50s, a dad of 3 school age children, and had neglected my health and fitness for decades. Sharon was the PT the gym put me in touch with. She understood my needs immediately, and very quickly worked out what works with me and what doesn't. She has been phenomenal in helping me turn things around. I am fitter, stronger, lighter and happier. When Covid came and the gym closed I stayed with Sharon as a private PT, including remotely when that was all we were allowed to do. I have stayed working with her remotely since she moved to WA, because even over video she is fantastic. I owe my health and fitness to her.

I loved training with Sharon. Sharon provides a very fun and comfortable training experience knowing when to push you that bit more when you need it! 1:1 sessions are great and the garage provides a space to be comfortable and get confidence up for the gym. Sharon explains everything so well and is very encouraging.

I have been training with Sharon for over 6 years. Sharon is a great motivator and has taught me consistency is the key to keeping fit. She tailors programmes specific to my needs and assists me with eating plans to compliment my training. Her extensive knowledge of movement and technique makes each session challenging, sweaty and never boring. Highly recommended!

I had the great benefit of having one-on-one personal training sessions at SMFitness twice a week over the previous 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed each session. I was amazed at how quickly my fitness improved over such a short period of time, through achievable goals and clear direction, all while managing a full-time job (and occasionally long hours). Above all, Sharon is a wonderful person to train with who makes fitness fun. One time I told her that I was curious about Gaelic Football as a sport, so the next time, she planned a training sesh incorporating aerobic, strength exercises...and Gaelic Football skills. It was the best way to start a Friday morning.

My wife and I signed up with Sharon to get in shape for our wedding 6 months out. Sharon was super knowledgeable and clear in her instruction for lifting technique and set us up for success designing specific 3 week programs of different exercises to keep us engaged. She was always in touch with us to keep us on track and is a lovely and funny person / trainer to deal with - thanks Shaz!

I originally jumped onto an 8 week challenge with SMFitness and then continued strength training after that as I loved the coaching so much.I was absolutely delighted with the results I achieved from the challenge and training sessions, and how much I learned along the way, which I could not have done without the one on one coaching from SMFitness.SMFitness was fantastic in motivating me to improve my strength and fitness, and to take control of my training, nutrition and recovery. I absolutely loved the sessions which were tailored to my different training needs, catered for any sports injuries and were always fun too! I would highly recommend SMFitness to provide you with fantastic training sessions, support and accountability to keep you on track to achieve your fitness goals.

I started training with SM Fitness almost two years ago. As a busy working mum who was always time poor it was essential that I found the right personal trainer. To be honest I haven’t looked back since!Sharon tailored my 1 on 1 sessions to perfectly suit my personal needs and to get maximum results and efficiently achieve my goals. She is highly motivational and with regular check ins between sessions always keeps me on my toes and going in the right direction.I find my 1 on 1 sessions enjoyable and rewarding and we also have a laugh along the way. Sharon regularly updates my program which keeps my training interesting and pushes me to reach new goals as I progress and get fitter and stronger.I am currently 38 weeks pregnant and training twice a week with Sharon. The continuity with my workouts has helped me to stay strong and move really well throughout my pregnancy. I feel great and can’t wait to continue with my sessions once the baby arrives.

Under Sharon I was able to develop strength and fitness over my hockey off-season so I came back better than I left off. I gained valuable knowledge in correct technique as she assisted me to navigate new gym routines alongside nutritional advice that has served to better me in the long run.
