Great showroom, lots of options!We were served by Alex and she was extremely professional and courteous! She went above and beyond to help us make the right decisions for our warehouse/gallery!Keep up the good work!

We recently dealt with Reece Burleigh, and more specifically Alex in their Showroom. Alex provided excellent customer care and I cannot rate her high enough. Nothing was too much of problem and she went out of her way to assist. She was friendly and professional at all times. Staff like this are hard to come by and Alex is a credit to the company. Thank you Alex you are a star and deserve 10+ for your service!!!

I had the best shopping experience at this store yesterday. The staff in the retail section were fornominal and then I went into the parts section and within 5 minutes I had the part for my tap that the plumbing place around the corner could not provide me with even though I had bought the tap from them. I am going to renovate my bathroom, not because I need to, but because of the staff at this store and the products are simply divine and such reasonable prices.

Excellent service and advice, even with minor problems, friendly staff who were helpful and knew their business. Will come again, if in need.

My wife went into the Burleigh store and was greeted by a stores lady.my wife asked for a flick mixer for our shower Reno,the lady said we dont stock them and it's a up 2-3month wait.my wife said I need one today as I have a plumber at homeThe store lady said they only one I have instock is $700.my wife felt bullied into buying the flick mixer as this was the only one in store.the Reece rep requested my plumbers name as she kept insisting he was installing the fitting at the wrong stage of demo,there was an argument that took place regarding the installation of the fixtures that my plumber had Informed me.i had the stores lady open the flickmixer in store and I realised when I got home that I had been ripped off due to the same flickmixer being advitised by the competitor for a 1/4price.I returned to the store ,to get a refund to be told that they dont do refunds as the packaging had been broken even though she opened in store.Very disappointed in the big named Reece plumbing franchise employes sales reps that make people like my wife never want to deal with plumbing products again.There should be educatedtrained sales people that have renovated bathrooms and kitchens before were people can ask for advice and recieve true advice.

Fabulous customer service. Highly recommend especially if you know nothing about plumbing!!

Convenient to visit, nice displays, decent range. But it's expensive and you'll pay more than you would online or at a bathroom supply shop

Promtly served and even tho they didn't have what I needed they spent a long time searching for me and gave me ideas of how to get it.
