GTC Lawyers Parramatta

Highly dissatisfied by their non responsive, poor quality service especially when their conduct can cost someones career and life.

Very dissapointing , they only there to rip you off . Firstly they assigned a lawyer in QLD for a matter in NSW courts , assuring me should would know ... Then the lawyer was unwilling and not at all interested in helping or giving advise ...she even ended the appointment in 30 mins when I paid for 60 mins .. infact if it was possible for her she was about to end it in 20 mins I actually had to say I paid for 60 mins how about you help me where to find the forms or what to do all she kept saying it's all all on the law website .. if I had to get things off the website I would not pay you fees for legal advise right .... It's a scam !!!!

Sorry to say that but was very disapointed with the lawer that was assigned for face to face in Parramatta. It felt she was just completing the form and it took too long to do that so no time left for a proper advice. It almost felt she was representing the other party- feels like we waisted money and time and emotions as we have had to go through the traumatic experience all over again for nothing. I was then sent a request for feedback, and I did leave one and opted for someone to contact me, however no response and no contact. I wish that this feedback will assist to improve the service for other clients and they receive prompt and professional advice.
