Not here that often, but it used to be good customer service at this store. Not now, only 5 actual operator checkouts, and 17 self serve checkouts. Only 2 out of 5 operator checkouts working and no quick queue. Sorry Coles but you are going to loose my business as you are doing away with what was good customer service.Bye Bye NAJ.

I went into Coles at Rutherford this morning and walked straight out.What a mess they have put in more SELF SERVE REGISTERS and only around 3 normal REGISTERS left.I do NOT work for Coles and will NOT be doing my own groceries at these registers.How many staff have they put off because of there stupidity ????.Woolworths are going to get heaps more customers now

Self service is not customer service, all these new extra self serve checkouts and less actual checkouts is not good for business. Next thing we'll be packing the shelves or trying to find what we need on pallets and stock trolleys before all the online orders are picked by workers, I think I might go back to woolies but I bet they have done the same thing, things just aren't the same anymore....
