Rang two days ago after purchasing the bike about two weeks ago. Told the bike had not been built yet and it would be ready in two days time. I took a trip to the shop on the other side of town and they had built the wrong bike, for another person. Customer service is not the best and leaves me with little confidence

Went into trek Phillip in March to look at bikes, wasn’t pushed into a purchase on spot, friendly and knowledgeable staff led us in the right direction and sizing and am very happy to say went back today to purchase 2 Marlin 5 Gen 2 and had the most amazing experience both times all because of the service and kindness shown by Duncan! Thank you so much!

After a bad experience with another bike manufacturer I placed an order for a Slash. I was told I'd have to wait a few months - no issues here, as I was in no rush. In no time at all (couple of weeks) I received a message my bike was ready for pick-up.After the first service I had a few issues arise, I brought these to the attention of the service department - they not only rectified these issues immediately but they took responsibility and took the time to explain how the issues happened and how they fixed them.Thanks heaps team, I love the bike and the service. - Rich

Staff were helpful, but my brand new bike left the store without the tool to remove the rear wheel, rear shock valve cap and the headset was loose. All are easy to fix just not the care you would like see when your bike was over $10,000. I was also told that no one in store can install the frame protection kit they sell, Trek please get them trained.

For the last two Februarys, I've come home from the UK for the month and done a lot of riding, and in both years, the staff at this store have offered exceptional service - friendly, helpful, and skillful. They've resolved issues on a rental bike and, this year, on my bike (which is not a Trek). I've been to several good bike stores in the UK and Europe, and these guys are equal to the best. If I lived in Canberra full-time, they would be my go-to place.

The gentleman who helped me find a helmet was friendly, listened to what I needed and very knowledgeable. He didn't try to man-splain me at all, which I find happens to me a lot in other bike shops. Very helpful, thank you!!
