My fiancee and I had a wonderful time at Cuvee restaurant. Zoe our waitress was amazing and very helpful. The meals were exceptional.

Excellent position with ample parking and wine grape garden. Professional & helpful waiter / waitress. Best Pork Chop we've ever had ! Really beyond our expectations for a restaurant opening on 27th Dec 2022. Unfortunately, there was no wine tasting available on that day.

We chose Peterson House to kick-start our daughter's 21st birthday and together enjoyed a fabulous family brunch. The staff were simply amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant has such a relaxing and welcoming vibe and is just a pretty place to visit. Food was delivered promptly and was YUM whilst the bubbles helped it feel like a real occasion. There's a reason we keep coming back - thank for another great experience.

A stunning venue! As a wedding photographer who has photographed numerous weddings at Peterson, it is always exciting to be back.The chapel is the perfect ceremony or reception space. The sandstone, the light that floods into the chapel, with even the most minimal styling this place is absolutely gorgeous.The property is epic, the vineyard, gardens, many nooks & hidden photo opportunities allow for a diverse collection of photographs for any couple looking to get married there.It is very close to accommodation options - perfect for bridal parties that won't to get ready nearby, or guests not wanting to travel to far. If you are looking for a venue, it's hard to go past Peterson House Chapel.

Excellent location and lots of parking available. Staff were super friendly and the meals were lip smacking good. Lovely view and location. Have been there a couple of times and never been disappointed. Highly recommended.A must visit when in Hunter Valley.

We dined here for our mothers day lunch, the dining experience was a little mixed from excellent to average. Staff were very friendly, polite and always smiling.After being seated for some time we had to chase up a waiter to get drinks who took or meal order at the same time, drinks were promptly served.Lets start with the food, every dish was delicious and well presented well done to the kitchen staff,however a little more timely would have been nice we waited around 45 min from finishing the entrée to receiving our main and had to reorder second drinks.My wife chased up on our meals after two tables who arrived after us had received their entrée , main and one their desert. We were advised they had a problem with their kitchen printer for food orders, we accept that things can go wrong but when they do staff should be talking to the patrons ensuring they are receiving the best service on offer.We also accept it was Mothers day and staff were very busy, all up it was an excellent afternoon we had great food and drinks, atmosphere was first class with table setup well placed so not over crowded.Yes we will dine their again and recommend you try this restaurant.PS if they are serving this prawn entrée in the attached photo it's a must.

My husband and I had a lovely breakfast at Cuvee Restaurant, Peterson House. I had the breakfast Bubbles. So yummy. Hubby had the corn fritters which were amazing. I stocked up on some sparkling. Staff were lovely. So glad I got to visit.

We had lunch at this beautiful venue. Ate out on the veranda. Were most welcoming to our mini chocolate dachshund Beau. Wine good. Lunch was delicious however outrageously expensive for what it was. Waitress very good.
