The best outlet of Australia Post in the area. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I can't fault them. Open to 6pm weekdays so it's perfect on the way home after work.

To the new delivery driver on 15/4/21 contracted to deliver to the Point Clare area who chose to deliver my parcel to West Gosford post office for me to walk out & collect rather than deliver to my home address.You left no red collection card in my mailbox as I was home!I don't drive either.You need to be retrained in how to do your job properly. I am used to Lyall or his contractor supervisor Grant delivering my parcels & this is not the service I am used to . I hope this never happens again.I have rang Australia Post & I have also asked that my parcel is delivered to me today as I am not walking out to collect it & walk home carrying a parcel whether it is heavy or not isn't my concern.I have done nearly all my online shopping for years .For me to be informed by the lovely guy at West Gosford post office over the phone yesterday that there were numerous complaints you did the same things with other customers parcels-Delivering them to the post office for people to collect with no card in their mailbox & they were also home .Consider the inconvenience for all elderly/non driving /disabled/usual/normal customers you've inconvenienced .I'm sorry but this doesn't seem like it is the right job for you if you just want to get back to the mailing centre quicker than you should've. It is people like you who give people a low impression of Australia Post which reflects on the good couriers/postman that do their job properly.You know what you are meant to do.Knock or call out politely delivery the parcel .If no one is home leave a red collection card in the mailbox for the customer to collect from their nearest post office.Not leaving a card in the mailbox & relying a email from Australia Post to inform you your parcel is awaiting collection because you never attempted to even drive through my street because if you did you would've known I was home with the front door open on a warm day & kids being cheerful & making a noise home during school holidays!I am not walking out to collection my parcel.This is not the service I am used to .

Had more than a dozen large and some heavy boxed that needed mailing by my daughter. Service was excellent and friendly. Definitely the place to go if you have lots of assorted packed boxes for mailing.Update: We are even more impressed all the boxes 12++ arrived at the same time in a remote island off the Northern Territory getting there faster than a courier service we also used shipping earlier (still waiting). Highly recommend you use Australia Post specifically at the Tuggerah Business Centre - well done!!!

I received notification my parcel would be delivered on Easter Saturday, it didn't arrived. Ok. Would think it would arrive on Tuesday still not here Thursday. Ranf Tuggarah 6timez, my info would not be accepted still waiting to find out WHEN my parcel will arrive

Very nice people. I did two seperate orders and they were delivered on time and early! They left it in a safe place out of the rain. Do recommend!!

Wow really not impressed, received a notification saying my order had been delivered to a completely different suburb. The contents in the parcel extremely personal and now someone else also has all my personal information on a box. Also when contacting Australia post they advised it will take 5 business days to investigate? The parcel will be long gone by then!!

Absolutely terrible delivery service! Extremely bad in time management and very poor customer service skills. A one star rating is still way to high for Australia Post!

They are actually only open from Midday to 6pm, Monday to Friday's. Despite advertising everywhere, even on their door, that they are Open 6am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday's. So beware of the false times.
