Rude staff member, which was probably the owner came out and had a go at us for speaking to loudly while we have been waiting for our coffee.Made us feel really uncomfortable. Can’t recommend this business if that the way they try to make people feel!

ZERO RATING ☹️ I had to give 1 star to list my review.Hi, ordered & paid for items on 17 April 23. As of 19 June still haven’t received anything. Have sent messages with no reply. Did get a couple of messages via sms but still no parcel. No reply to my last message. This is fraud as you have accepted payment with, it would appear, no intent to supply goods. Going on other reviews it’s not the first time. BUYER BEWARE regarding this business.

Jus got the most gorgeous shirt from this shop! The girl that works there is so fun, she made the whole experience awesome! 100% reccommend a vist to this treasure trove of really cool clothes.

I ordered clothes online, (as Hawksburn shop is closed)- it’s been nearly a month and l still haven’t received my clothes. I tried to contact the owner Mel, she returned a message via sms, saying she would express post the next day, 10 days later still haven’t received anything. This is appalling as l used to shop in Hawksburn shop- apparently re-opening in Toorak village???Lost me as a customer.This is a warning to othersJan
