But he said we don't do them. When i said the AP website said they did he said it also says we're open Saturday!" The worst attitudes and sevice ever

The older lady who does the Westcourt route with short blonde hair i love you!!!! You care about keeping my packages safe and your hiding spots are amazing. Such a joy to open the door too as well. So happy she’s my postie!

I specify my item to be left at my premis but I still get a we missed you" card requiring me to waste my whole break visiting this dingy little post office with 1 staff member. Shop is horribly understaffed. Very few products for sale."

Disgusting customer service, have a parcel being delivered, politely asked if the parcel could be a non contact drop off, was told “I have no idea what you’re talking about” she then asked for my address to which she then laughed and said “yeah, I can’t help you sorry”

DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went to get a passport taken at this place. I wasn't happy with the print and I was requesting for the young girl who took my photo to retake and reprint my photo. She said she would charge me another 16.99 AUD! The ID photo wasn't good quality and it wasn't even cut into ID sizes! I have to cut the 6 photo ids myself! Never go here for your passport photo!

Seemed friendly. But not impressed being handed a form in between the person sniffling and using a used paper tissue to manage her runny nose. Whether its covid, the flu or a cold, its not good hygiene practice. Bit unprofessional. Are they doing this while sorting the mail there!

Terrible customer service. The guy who was working there was just super rude. I came into the shop 10 min before it closed. I just had to get the address labels ready and pack 2 parcels properly. Tried my best to get it done before they closed at 5pm. At exactly 5pm the guy at the counter started to shut the security roller doors. I told him that I would be finished in 2 minutes. He said it was too late and they are closing right now. Anyway, he let me post one of the parcels but not the other because I had not written the address down just yet. He stared at me impatiently which made me feel pretty uncomfortable and obviously he hated his job and wanted to get it done with for the day. He could have waited literally 2 minutes and I would have been finished. That would have been good customer service but he was obviously only thinking about himself.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Was told I did the return all wrong and no advise what so ever to rectify the issue. Lady made a comment saying ‘no wonder I drink at night’. Would not recommend!!

Lovely young lady served me and she was wonderful. Knew what to do in relation to passport photos, took great snaps very polite and very efficient.

The man serving my wife has an offensive sense of humour. Whilst he might think it is funny, to customers he is rude and offensive.
