Terrible service when I bought faulty/ poor quality lights. I bought 2 x Bodega Wall Sconces. The lights were installed by an electrician.They do not sit flush on the wall and are unsafe and unstable.Electrician advised me to return them as poor quality. Coco Republic response is very disappointing, claim it is an installationissue which it clearly is not. Don't buy these lights.

I'll give 0 star if I can. A sofa and a coffee table that they said will need to wait dor 2 months. Now that after 4 months, still nothing and they said 2 more months. So I paid in full but not sure if I can vet my stuff in half a year! Btw if you want to refund, they will tell you only 50% is refundable because the furniture is customized" (not at all). Thats the most rediculous thing I've ever experienced."

Such a bad experience after spending so much money. Good products, and they're happy to exchange if there's a mistake... but there are lots of mistakes. Customer service is awful. No-one knows what's happening with your order, everyone passes the buck. Won't be shopping there again.

Terrible terrible customer service.They lost my order, short delivered the order made me pay for delivery and 4 weeks later still waiting. This is the 3rd time I have ordered from coco and have consistently had major issues. They just don't care! Disappointing!!!

Beautiful pieces and helpful staff in the showroom, but post sales service is appalling. We ordered a $1,100 coffee table and they wanted to charge us $150 delivery fee. We could also pick it up at the warehouse though. And good thing we did, after waiting for 8 weeks the wood slab table had a big (natural) hole in it. We couldn’t choose any other tables and had to wait another 8 weeks for a table that still is very different from the one on the showroom.

Five Stars for the Delivery Person Marcio and Luan. They are very knowledgeable about the products so they could do a proper and good delivery and installation while preventing any damage might happen during the process. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you, Marcio and Luan!

I came back here because an item which I paid over 3grand had some defects. I have absolutely no qualms over defects because I know coco republic were prompt when it came to defects. However, a sales representative named Ann Philips had such a pompous attitude and started to be rude towards me and my wife, mentioning it was stupid and silly to enquire about such defects. She told us “just return the item if you’re not happy about it” with a bad tone and attitude. I wouldn’t be giving such a bad review if not for her. Avoid this store if possible, and if you find yourself shopping here, do yourself a favour and avoid Ann Philips.

I’ve had such poor service from Coco Republic. For a well known higher end furniture brand their service and procedures do not live up to it. They try too hard but don’t actually have the foundations of service in place. This makes it incredibly frustrating and difficult for a consumer. Their level of service is far below their competing brands. I certainly would not be recommending them and would be looking elsewhere next time.

I would never recommend Coco Republic. We have been treated so poorly after ordering furniture due to be delivered in 6 weeks now over 3 months on with delayed delivery 3 times with no communication from the company on the delivery day around delays nor assistance from their customer support and retail stores in the proceeding days. The team are also hesitant to provide a refund for a product that they clearly can’t deliver. Very disappointed
