Ultimate Muay Thai
I've been training at Ultimate Muay Thai/ Kickboxing in St Albans for over 15 years now and haven't regretted any of my time there. I tried a couple of other gyms in the St Albans/ Western suburbs areas but just didn't seem to click" with them. At Ultimate in the early days I used to do the kickboxing classes as well as spar with the younger guys who were pro and amateur fighters. I was always well looked after during the sparring by the head trainer John Scida ... never a problem. These days as I enter my older years and even though I have to travel a fair distance to St Albans

Met up with an old training friend John Scida. He has a wealth of knowledge in kick boxing and Muay Thai Boxing.. His Gym is well set up as well.

I'd like to thank Joe, Simon and John for giving me the opportunity to come along and join the MMA Classes. I no longer go due to work commitments. But great gym with a long lineage and history of champions and a vibrant community to boot. Very welcoming group of staff and are always looking to assist students and help rectify what they want to do and how to improve, given whatever class they so choose. Very affordable for classes and equipment and more convenient for Kid's Classes.
