Our Byford branch is apparently closed, which I didn't realise until I called to find out how far away our order was... I'm sorry, but two out of three pizzas being charcoal isn't acceptable. Thanks Domino's Armadale

This was the first time I’d been to this dominoes in 10 years. I ordered online and went to pick up my order. The young girl at the counter couldn’t find my order, said It was out the back, but was sure it was ready. I waited for maybe 10mins. Then a young man asked me for my details and what pizzas I ordered and determined that my order had been left on the warmer without a receipt and so was dispatched by a delivery driver. He offered to make another one at no charge, so I waited another 15-20mins and then the same thing happened, they lost my order! I gave up after that and left without any pizza. The young man gave me a few garlic bread and some vouchers for pizza. I overheard the man in-front of me being told his order was made wrong so they had to remake his. It just seemed like a clown show in there and I felt sorry for the young staff who were clearly stressed and poorly trained. I’ve had dominoes all over Australia, I’ve never before had this level of service.I couldn’t write another review so I edited this one. I just picked up my order. It was a simple pickup, they found my order straight away. The pizza was perfect. My uncle remarked that it was the best supreme he’s ever had, and he’s been eating dominoes for many years. Plus, I just used the vouchers from last time so this order was free. I think last time you were just having an off night. Thank you Domino’s for restoring my faith in pizza…

Lazy to read full order. Mentioned NOT to add onions for 3 pizza. Still got onions on ALL OF THEM. Reordered it...Same thing happened. Thank you for ruining our dinner night.Plus added extra spinach and pinaples, paid extra as well but only got jalapeños...too many of them...

Really disgusting. Found acrylic finger nail on the pizza. Don't use this outlet. Ruined our Saturday dinner time. Called Manager and he offered another pizza. Never get pizza from armadale.

Had to wait for a pickup, which they forgot to make. As there was other people waiting inside the restaurant, I was waiting outside. They made the foods and left it in the counter. Only handover the food when I went inside and ask for it. Not a good customer service.

I am pure vegetarian, I don’t even eat egg I requested them to use fresh pair of gloves and cut my pizza with clean blade, 1st pizza was missing half the toppings and the 2nd pizza had beef on it, when went to approach the staff about it, they said we can’t garentee no meet and they admitted that there is cross contamination arround the store, worst ever experience, I will never eat pizza in dominoz.

Worst Pizza repeatedly specially after eating from other stores, DOMINOS TAKE SOME ACTION TO IMPROVE FOR GOD SAKE OR CLOSE THE SHOP. Given incorrect product upon asking decline to redo and no sorry boy name Bailey and Store manager Rodrick. Worst dominos experience 2nd time same store.Even asked store after placed an order to use little more care after our last experience but the pizza come out cheese and topping on one side other pizza completely different product.Worst he was not sorry and couldn't careless..no pride and don't care person name Bailey and Rodrick..sorry to see that.no pride in their work

ordered two pizzas and a ten pack of wings, it was sitting in store ready for delivery for 30 minutes at leastwe had to call and after waiting on hold for at least ten minutes we were informed the driver left five minutes prior to our call - we live 3 minutes away from domino’s and surely they weren’t delivering elsewhere with our food that had been waiting 1 hour total from ordering that was now STONE COLD from the wait. I own a microwave so i was like oh well it’s ok, only to open my pizza and to see they weren’t even correct. only one out of two deep dish pizzas i ordered was deep dish and both were missing additional toppings i paid for. PLUS they added pineapple for god knows what reason even though that is not included on the pizza ordinarily - if i had an allergy or something this would be incredibly dangerous and really calls into question the safe food handling of the staff at this restaurantfurther training DEFINITELY required

I'd give 1 star but I'm giving 2 because they gave us a 30% off voucher and garlic bread plus drink. But this store has never ever ever gotten our orders right, I ordered a camembert chicken pizza and I got something with mushrooms and pineapples but they still added the peri Peri sauce I asked for, it's like what? Haha they were quick to bring the correct pizza so thumbs up for that but Jesus Christ you guys need some new kitchen staff aye
