So incredibly rude!! Absolutely disgusting. Was not interested in trying to help or provide an estimate. I was treated like an inconvenience. Go somewhere else!

Rudest and most unprofessional person in Canberra. There are far better alteration services with half the cost you’ll pay here in your desperation. Go to Belconnen Westfield for alterations-Sensible pricing and very professional man.

One of my favourite tailors around. Been sending my clothes to get alterations here for years now. No fuss and straightforward service. Had about two dozen shirts and trousers altered and now I'm getting my jacets altered too. Very happy and I trust them with my expensive pieces.

Very rude Asian staff..didn't even understand Instructions..mannerless illiterate staff..i would rather pay double amount for that service somewhere else than getting it done by that ill mannered staff

Not great. Brought two pairs of pants here to get taken in and now I have elephant ear pockets. Brought a few shirts in to get tailored and the lady at the desk acted like it was the hardest job on the face of the earth and no way it could be done... ended up bringing them to another tailor who did it easily for 15 bucks a shirt. Another time I asked for an estimate to get a new suit tailored and the front desk lady couldnt even give me one, way too difficult to even imagine. Needless to say I've tried this business a few times and epic fail every time. Will not return.
