Probably the poorest customer service in noosa. Especially at a chemist.edit: you called the day of my appointment when you had all week to contact me so i could have organised it elsewhere. then you proceeded to lie to me. dont assume im not going to look into things myself.

Tried to book Moderna vaccination only to be met by the rudest customer service over the phone. Long wait, computer issues and impatient service. Best to avoid going here for any vaccination. You won't be getting my medication purchase after this. Awful service.

Visiting from out of town and needed a probiotic. The naturopath freely assisted me- she was clearly knowledgable & tried to determine the best strains for me to address the issue. The product she recommended agreed with my sensitive system and began to alleviate symptoms within a day.

Annoyingly, we needed to get a medically supervised COVID test to get back to Canada [via USA], and everything was closed on Good Friday, except for this wonderful chemist.Not only did they find a way to squeeze us in on short notice, they were polite, kind and empathetic, a rare quality for chemists in North America. Upon reading these other negative reviewers, I couldn't disagree with them more. Their kindness gave us the peace of mind to make our flight on time, tick all the required boxes and saved us money and a huge line on Saturday morning at Brisbane Airport.Thank you for going the extra mile to help our making our trip as smooth as can be amidst this pandemic.
