Went in to return an Ebay item and wasn't sure if I needed to buy packaging (had a return slip on me). A lovely staff member named Anne noticed me being a lost lamb and immediately took me to the front and helped me send the item back. Thank you for your fantastic assistance!

Absolutely terrible service! Most staff members need to go on a course or get in-house educated regarding the postal service and what each one offers. I am now having to wait longer for my passport due to incompetency. I am annoyed but not a lot can be done about it. I will be using a different Post Office if I can!

Never have I ever comes across such rude and arrogant people, particularly the manager!Customer service (if you can even call it that) was so bad that I left that store in tears. Completely unhelpful for was I was seeking help for.

Monica is an absolutely amazing person who was happy to help me and my family apply our Australian Passport. Well, the application itself has lot of things that needed help with (letters etc)and she was sweet and patient the entire time ,never once showing any displeasure. Someone please give her a promotion she totally deserves it for showing resilience , sincereity and excellent service. -15th September 2022. If you are reading this thanks Monica and Debbie who was always amazing in clicking my photo. Lovely ladies lovely smiles.

Dealt with the rudest lady I have ever had in my life today. She was an older, grumpy woman. I first said hello and she did not even respond. Brilliant customer service. Then there was a problem with my passport photos (which were taken at another Australia post, mind you) and she practically tried to tell me off about it! Look me in the eyes!" was the exact words she used. I am a customer service manager

I was served by an older lady who made me feel like I was the biggest inconvenience of her life.I needed some passport photos taken and had already been through a long rigmarole to get them done. She said to her colleague how can I go for lunch when I'm stuck doing passports all day" as she rushed my passport documents and afforded me no manners at all.My facial expression on my new passport photo really captures how I feel about my experience at Aus Post Watergardens. Please do better."

So many negative feedbacks, australia post sits on it's thumbs, no wonder the incompetence is what it is, it's humourous to see their eye rolls when they are training a newbie. If only they had the smarts to notice the customers eye rolls. That would take initiative though.....and the staff at watergardens don't do initiative....if i could give zero i would.....

the most disgusting customer service i've ever experienced in any shop in my life. On numerous occasions i've been spoken to rudely, YELLED at by a staff member and the workers here could not care less about being helpful or friendly. They just want to get paid and go home. Lines are always long and the opening hours of this shop are very inconvenient

Every time I come into this post office and particularly, when served by Debbie, I leave smiling each time! Not your average stereotypical “post shop” service here- She’s wonderful and her customer service is impeccable. Always up for a joke and laugh and very light hearted! She is Smiling always and gets all I need done in record time too. Great job there Debbie and all at this post shop. Thank you!
