I only had dealings with this Chemmart once and that was today. What I particularly liked about them was that they were very friendly and helpful and were able to assist some travelling friends who urgently needed a COVID-19 test in order to fly out later today. Everything worked out well and they were very efficient and friendly. They have a great range of medical and health related products and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them.

Even though generic medications were requested I was given both scripts as premium brands. One medication cost me three times as much as a generic did at my regular pharmacy. At Terrywhite I paid $27 for 4 tablets, at my regular pharmacy it cost me $9 for 4 tablets.Even the exact same medication, same dose and brand cost $5 more at Terry White. Why would people continue to shop here? I will never shop at a Terry White pharmacy again.

This chemist has a pharmacy plus a range of other products such as perfume, some hair accessories, makeup and vitamins. They also have Napoleon Perdis makeup counter which is unusual for a local chemist. Unfortunately they no longer have a specialist Napoleon makeup consultant. The previous one was fantastic but now you pretty much need to know what you want before you go in, or head to the Napoleon store at Cairns Central.

This pharmacy is very well organised.Staff is friendly, professional and helpful at the same time.I had my booster and flu shot, and I have been helped with information and certificates.Simon is professional and friendly, a very genuine expert about health and helping people.

Went to get cold and flu tabs for my partner couldn't get it because their dispensing robot was broken cancelled my order after waiting awhile. My partner went to get some she couldn't because they failed to cancel the order properly.
