Craig from Craven was easily one of the top worst tradies I've ever encountered. His communication was almost non existent, I continuously had to ask him numerous times for things he had already committed too. It took a fair while for him to decide he wanted to come around and do a quote, he finally did and then a few days passed and no quote emailed through as he said. So I had to chase it up, he scanned a little sheet of paper with some numbers on it and little to no explanation. So do I pay a deposit? he had to be chased up again and again about that.Then out of the blue after the quote was done he just rocks up at the house and is seemingly looking through windows unannounced where im naked and getting changed as I didn't expect him to look through a top floor window - and he had already been??!! he never told us he was here that time he was suspiciously looking through the windows that was after the quote and before the job.Then he does a shabby job of installing the screens, they are all visibly wonky and our invisigard door that cost a crazy amount? other commenters below says hes great for invisigard? NOPE. After a few days a piece came off the door. Emailed him.. didn't reply for a month, I rang him today and he said no warranty and that essentially he doesn't care.The biggest mistake I ever made was using Craven. Craig is a terrible business person, low quality work, acts suspiciously, has poor communication and doesn't care about the quality of his work.Beware of this business.

They were fast and very reasonably priced. Craig came out and gave us a quote and within a week he was back to install our new screens and door. If you are looking for invisiguard, he has the lowest prices in the area.

Very poorly made screens. We did our entire home costing $3500, the screens are very flimsy and the handles don’t always retract back up when you open the door meaning you have to manually lift the handle up to be in the correct closed position, after over 6 phone calls to try and rectify the faulty handles I have no choice but to leave this review. Craig never answers the phone which means you always have to leave a message, I’m in a job where I’m unable to have my phone on me at work and he would always call back when I couldn’t answer. This was frustrating to no end. The screen doors are so flimsy you can easily bend them, there really no stronger then a fly screen with security screen design on them. Please do your research when it comes to choosing a security screen company, I wish I had.

We had window screens and screen doors fitted by Craven. The communication was fantastic and the work was completed ahead of the advised time frame. Would definitely use Craven again.

Craig and his family fitted security screens at my personal property 2016 did an awesome job so it was a no brainer to have them fit security screens at my father in law's house as always a great job was performed by the team.
