I cannot fault 1 thing. From Phoning to make my appointment, arriving for my appointment to during my appointment. Extremely pleasant and friendly reception staff... caring and friendly radiographer who made me feel very comfortable. When you're worried about your health these things go a very long way. Hello there,Yesterday I was at Alfred Imaging, Five Dock for my annual follow-up mammogram and ultrasound post breast cancer surgery. On entering I was greeted very quickly by very polite and efficient staff and had only about a 10minute wait for the mammogram.A beautiful lady named Denise and I giggled our way through a remarkably painless and entertaining procedure, after which an equally wonderful lady named Janine did my ultrasound. Never thought I would be able to say that such procedure was fun. Thank you for that! Billie. X

After having an urgent referral from a doctor - we were told 20 minutes - a few hours later we were still waiting to be seen, and then told the priority doctor referral meant nothing and they denied ever saying 20 minutes, this eventually turned into a medical emergency. A life threatening event could have been avoided if it wasn't for the utter appalling rude disservice of the abhorrent staff here. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely rude! No manners when speaking with clients, very abrupt and all they need is your money. Some staff need a course in customer services and how to respect others.

Very positive experience. Professional, friendly, and prompt.Don't really understand the negative reviews. I'm sure some people have personal and medical issues that impact their experience and their perception of their own priorities and expectations about how they should be treated. That, unfortunately, might not align with how they need to run a practice and the needs of others.The admin and professional staff were courteous, empathetic, and respectful. Not sure what more you can ask of them.

Such helpful lovely professional and caring staff. Sadly though the building itself isextremely noisy at the reception though with a squeaky door that is highly sensitive. I absolutely get stressed from it and can't hear anything. And my hearing is great! Hope they fix it

Friendly staff. I felt lots of pain in my tummy and needed an urgent appointment. The front door lady kindly helped me and made an appointment the same day for me. I know they are pretty busy but she has done the job well. Thanks girls

Recently had to have some scans and biopsy which I was very nervous about. All staff I dealt with put me at ease and were highly skilled and professional and really took their time to explain everything. The reception staff and dr's went out of their way to rush through results to make in time for another appointment I had. Highly recommend.

Had an ultrasound done here buy a very professional, courteous and experienced operator. Support staff were all very good. Availability was poor so my Dr had to make my appointment on my behalf because I could not wait, and results were expedited very quickly.
