rebel Top Ryde

Pretty good outlet with a good collection of items that you normally look for in a sports store.. Not the biggest of them around but it's a decent sized one. The staff there are pretty friendly and helpful as well!

I ordered a Garmin Watch online from this store, and they promptly prepared it within one working day. They also texted me to notify when I could pick it up. Upon arriving at the store, I was pleased to find no waiting time for the collection. Although this store is somewhat challenging to locate as it is situated in a corner of the Top Ryde shopping center, I still prefer to order online and utilize the car park space for my shopping needs while conveniently collecting my item from the store.

Great service from Jack, helped me with a store transfer for a pair of shoes. Very well mannered and patient throughout!

So I went to Top Ryde cause I had my heart set on a jacket from the Armour brand which wasn’t in stock in my size-M. I walked out with a pair of tracksuit pants and just found them uncomfortable so I returned them a couple days later to exchange them and wondered around the store for at least an hour not being able to find anything I like or my size wasn’t available (lack of stock all round) so the young girl on the floor did her best trying to help but as a trainee she struggled to come up with a solution as I didnt want to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive and the person behind the counter (Eleanor) just showed no interest in helping her, so fed up I chose a jacket I don’t really like. When I got to the register I felt Eleanor was quite rude with her dripping nose and touching everything was a bit of a turnoff. She didn’t say a word to me and didn’t offer anything she offered the other customers and while waiting for her to process my purchase gets on her little mic congratulating the young girl that just made a sale worth a few hundred dollars handing me my item with the hand she had been touching her snotty nose with! I walked out uncomfortable and felt like I upset her cause my purchase was small and I couldn’t decide what I wanted. I won’t be back there or any other Rebel!

I think some staff need to be trained or even have a walk around the store to see where items are rather located than giving this lazy this is all we have or I havent seen anything else in the store" answer. I was looking for a particular bag and I had a look at the bag section and it wasnt there. The staff member at the shoe section just said thats all they had and hasn't seen anything else. Lucky another staff at the another section asked me if I needed help as I was walking past their area and they went out of their way looking for it and found some similar items next to the front counter. Some items wernt even on display and found them out in the back in storage."

New rock star manager Luke. Listened to my complaints and then had my complaints handled in the most professional friendly service. I've ever experienced at a rebel branch. Thanks mate.

To be honest I’m am not the best at finding the right basketball shoes but thanks to Zidane he helped me find the right shoes and was kind enough to help me to wear them the right way and give me the steps on how to lock my heels and everything, hope you are having a great day Zidane u r the best ~Artin

I stood in the store looking to purchase running shoes and not a single staff member asked if I needed assistance.So, I walked out and bought shoes at the running store in the same centre.The store itself is pretty underwhelming

Didn't have much. Had to go to Merrylands Stockland Rebel to find the Aqua shoe Blue in size 3
