They discontinued a product (planter) and would not sell it to me off the floor because their operation manager says there is nothing to replace it with! as if one planter is going to destroy the look of their store!!!FROM THESE REVIEWS IT LOOKS LIKE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS ALREADY DONE IT!!!I was looking at purchasing their lighting as well but after this I will not walk in a Coco Republic store ever again.

Terrible buying experience. I waited 4 months to get my queen bed delivered. After 4 months I got a response that the order was messed up ...Michael from the store was helpful and offered me the refund however doesn't change the fact I am back to where I were 4 months ago and need to look for somewhere else...

Coco Republic puts items on sale, indicates they will deliver them in November but as soon as you’ve bought them, they let you know a couple of days later they don’t have them in stock and won’t be delivered for another 3 months. It’s not just us, it’s happened to our friends and it happened before Covid. Seems to be a sales strategy.

I have purchased 4 products from Max Sparrow, all of them arrived at the quality and style that i expected. Even though there was a small issue with my latest product Danielle from their customer support team provided excellent service, always understanding and very patient with helping me to address a user manual anomaly. Highly recommended, great furniture at reasonable price.

The most unprofessional furniture company i have ever dealt with. Beware that furniture will not arrive on time, ever, and some will be damaged and will take another 16 weeks to arrive. The colours will not match because they will be from different batches. If they decide to repair it in-house, expect another 2 months min wait. So if you have one year to spare and a lot of patience, go ahead and place an order with them. The sales staff are top notch, the support team on the other hand is terrible. If anything goes wrong, they will not call you back or answer your emails and they have no office or even a phone line for support. I will never buy from this sham of a company again. It's not cheap and you get below standard quality furniture. I would rather buy from Australian made furniture where there is quality control on the types of toxic paints used and safety standards on finishes.

Seriously, google needs to allow zero star. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT DELIVER.I've ordered bunch of items over for months ago. Paid over tens of thousands of dollars and then no communication after that. I've tried calling multiple times and nothing. I'm at this stage I don't think I will ever see my items or even get a refund. This store is a giant scam. Don't waste your money or time!!!!!

Such great and unique products, the Showroom is absolutely beautiful. The sales consultants spent a lot of time with me aswell showing me finishes and fabric samples to make sure I loved the design scheme. Best service I have had in a furniture store. Would suggest it to all my friends and family

Terrible after sales service at Max Sparrow. I had exactly the same experience as some of the other reviewers. Bought and paid in full for a dining table which I was told would take 12 weeks to arrive. Not once during that period did any staff member contact me to provide me with updates ( which they said they would do when I made the purchase). I sent several emails which went unanswered until I had to call . I knew something was wrong when my delivery day came close and I still heard nothing . First they gave me the typical run around , blaming their logistics dept. After a few days of calling they finally told me the truth which was that my table hadn't even been made let alone made it on the container from China for shipping ! Disgusting, appalling service. No care factor. I could have purchased 20 other tables in this 12 week period if I had known, but now I'm back at square 1!! They refunded my money ( what choice did they have!!)but I still will never buy anything from max sparrow again. It's all well and good to have nice looking furniture and a good sales team , but if you can't back it up with service delivery to your clients then you need to improve the core value strategy of your business. Very disappointed in Max Sparrow ( which I believe is owned by coco republic)

Worse service I have ever experienced in my life. I've ordered a bed 8 months back and the items still have yet to arrive and no ETA. Every time I call back, they would say the delivery is delayed without giving a reason why. There's no communication from them at all, I have to constantly chase up and several times, I was promised a call back but it never happened. It's getting to the stage I think this is a huge scam and they just took my money without ever intending on giving me the products! 8+ months and no end in sight!
