Fabulous company to deal with. You can actually speak to a person rather than only being given an email contact which is annoying and time consuming when you want to purchase something asap. I purchased a NOMAD iPhone cover. It was shipped promptly. Tracking was provided immediately. Great customer service. Highly recommended. I will be a repeat customer.

I ordered a phone case online via Tekitin and it arrived faster than expected even mid COVID pandemic. Unfortunately there was a slight fault with the case so I contacted Tekitin. I received a reply the same day and they were happy to replace the faulty product. They sent me a reply paid label to return the case and sent me a new one which was flawless and arrived just as fast as the original case. The customer service from Matt was great, he was helpful and understanding. I’m super happy with the product and highly recommend Tekitin.

Probably the best service I've ever experienced with online shopping, ordered a nanoleaf expansion pack Friday night and package was delivered late Saturday night. Pays to shop local, cannot reccomend enough.
