Ordered lunch on the screen using reward points which I had over 10,000. For some reason it didn't get recorded and was told it didn't go through and I had to order again. When I went to reorder I only had 2000+ points left. Left in disgust. No I didn't get a receipt but I rarely do cause the machines run out of paper and don't get replenished.

Horrible customer service food was served cold and without drink. Proceeded to ask where my drink is to be told to wait it’s coming instead of a solution. So by the time I’ve got my drink I’ve completed the mighty Mac muffin and now been served the fries. How is this a great dine in service when you see 5 + cars driving past you in the drive thru

A bit hit and miss with the staff. In the last 2 visits we dealt with a super friendly young man who knew how to treat customers, next time dealt with a young lady who was mediocre at best.

Most rudest drive thru i have ever gone through! The amount of abuse i copped from them! They forgot to put egg on my burger so I had to waste my petrol coming all the way back to the store just for them to be rude about it, no apology, no compensation nothing. Don't go here. Food is terrible as well. They have no idea what Custormer service is, or how to act towards a customer. Disgrace. Felt like going in to Karen's diner with the amount of rudeness they had. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I have never been more shocked in my life! During our time tonight I was discussing with family a time of terrible service I had at McDonald’s(never even said which McDonald’s) and Christopher was ears dropping pretending to do the dining room clean he calls it in our area where there was no rubbish however ample on the other side.He rudely interrupted and said did you abuse my staff I hope you didn’t, how would you like it if I abused your kids.I was left gobsmacked. I later approached this man to advise the service he came was so unprofessional and he should know better being a manager. He had to make it known he was the owner and he was sorry I felt that way? Sorry I felt that way. It wasn’t how I felt it’s what took place within our visit tonight that I was bringing to his attention.Staff are always seeming so flat and unhappy, I now understand why.Won’t run a successful business if that’s the way you interact with customers mate!

Absolutely shocking. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I ordered food via uber eats, paid priority so it got here quicker. It was ages, it turned up and the whole order was stone cold, it was not wrapped properly, the hash browns were stuck to the packaging and fell apart trying to get them off, and the coffee had been spilt all inside the bag. There was no coffee left in the cup when it arrived. Disgusting.

I've been here a few times, and I'm rarely dissatisfied. Food is good quality, and the service is fast. Toilets are clean. dining room is also clean. Though, the staff aren't perfect, however, they do a good job.If you're driving past, come in for a bite. You won't regret it.10/10

Breakfast is always messed up. They are always getting things mixed up or giving us cold / gross food. Last time I’ve gone we had hash browns that were burnt you couldn’t even bite, once again cold pancakes that we needed to reheat, missing butters etcOur muffins were also burnt to the point the burnt taste went throughout the whole muffin… I rang up to complain and got no apology but was told bc I ate some of the food they’ll give me a $20 credit. Which I don’t feel is good enough considering what we spent and how much we didn’t eat…the lady on the phone treat me as some bogan just trying to score a free meal or something. I’d love to see them eat the food they serve.
