Very unprofessional very arrogant and untrustworthy people, I would not recommend them to even my enemies, the person send for quotation had no value for other peoples time, turning up at time no were closed to booked and then again doesn’t show up, he has bought the company name down, hopefully he losses his job. And no one hears your complain, stay away from this mob.

Their customer service is the absolute pits. Very disappointing, they have a complacent couldn't care less attitude.

Chubb are impossible to deal with in getting an answer to a query regarding an invoice. An invoice was raised to us for an alleged patrol call out on an evening that we were at home. Our alarm did not go off, nor were we notified by Chubb of any suspected triggering of the alarm (as is customary), yet this invoice was raised. I first became aware of it in March when an overdue reminder was issued for the January invoice which we had not previously received. When queried I was told of the patrol call out. Several emails followed to both Chubb and the collection service agents requesting further information to verify (with some proof as we had not been notified of the event) that it was definitely our property that was involved. The only response that we received from Chubb is that the invoice is payable". It is very annoying that our request for some proof re the callout
