FOCUS Apartments by Central Equity

As a family of 4 we were overwhelmed by the idea of moving house again but the FOH team at FOCUS are actually amazing - don’t know how I lived without a team like them on hand before moving in. Lisa, Sean and Rose especially! On day two we locked ourselves out of the new place, I was about a minute away from a complete meltdown but Rose helped us get back in with the help of Lisas recommendation of a brilliant, quick and cheap locksmith. We were back inside in under an hour. You guys are the BEST - the building is pretty spectacular as well. Views are unbeatable, the silence is amazing and the facilities are top of the line. 10/10 recommend.

Have recently moved into Focus apartments and can say that I am delighted. The amenities including the Gym, Pool and Theatre are all top of the line and brand new. The concierge have been a great help and are very kind and friendly. Big thanks to Lisa as she has made the whole process very smooth! Amazing building

My friends and myself have just moved in and we surely know that we have upgraded to a better apartments. The staff at the concierge have been extremely helpful and resourceful to make our transition early. Special shout-out to Erzhan, Prasun and Jasmine to be extremely helpful and patient with us.

Moving can be a real dread for most, but the team at FOCUS has made it so easy and fuss-free (big shoutout to Lisa, Rose, Dean and Anthony). They have been extremely kind and helpful throughout, even assisting with the management of furniture deliveries by sending them right to my door. The concierge team would also always greet you warmly when you enter the premises, making you feel perfectly at home.The apartment itself is stunning, with sleek finishes and modern appliances. It is also incredibly spacious, as they have managed to optimise all of the available storage space. Finally, as someone who enjoys viewing sunsets, the high ceilings and view are undeniably the apartment's best features.

Blown away by the exceptional service provided by Zoran and his team! They were quick to respond and resolve maintenance concern in my unit. The concierge team also deserves special mention. They were absolutely outstanding in making my move in swift and easy. Very happy living here.

Our very first apartment and it did not disappoint us!The building design is very modern, clean lines and spacious. The lobby is well-lit and very welcoming. Building amenities like pool, gym, lounge, sauna, bbq area n movie room are well presented and plenty of bike racks too!All the micm staff from the managers, 24hour conceirge and maintenance are very helpful and welcoming, ready to help and always friendly. Nothing is too big or too small of a request and provides an answer n solution to every question and problem we had and even phone queries are welcome!We had a bit of a hitch with our movers on our move-in day but managers Lisa and Anthony were there all the way to make it as stress free as possible for us. Solved every issue that came up and made our official move-in day a memorable one. We really appreciate their efforts and understanding.With lead concierge Dean and his team manning the front desk 24/7, we feel safe and help is always there when needed.Keep up the good work, team!!! And let's maintain the high standard we got here in Focus and make it a great and fun place to live in!

We moved into our lovely Focus apartment this week and the experience has been great. Not only is the apartment built to a very high standard, as is the entire building, the actual moving in process has been smooth and painless. From our first meeting with Nick T, we have been lucky to be assisted by the excellent CE staff. The team helping us to move in have been so helpful and we have really appreciated the friendly and supportive approach that Anthony, Lisa, Dean, Rose, Shaun, Ash have given us during what can be a stressful time. We are really impressed with the quality of the apartment. One thing we were not expecting was to have such a fantastic view of the green areas of the city! The location of the building is perfect for us too, being about 3 minutes walk to Flinders Street station and right in the middle of the busy Southbank area. Thanks to all of the CE people for making this a great experience.
