Rob and the team at Fitxcore are amazing. I have been to many gyms in the past and this is the best by far. Rob is an expert in exercise science, nutrition and weight loss, and is passionate about helping people. If you want amazing results in a friendly, supportive and encouraging environment, then FitXcore is definitely the gym for you.

I’m loving my sessions at Fitxcore. I’ve gone from hating the gym and exercising to doing 4-5 sessions a week. Rob has such a passion for helping people reach their goals. Can’t recommend Fitxcore enough.

I was a member at Fitxcore for a year and a half having to leave due to moving location. I absolutely loved it there, the class sizes are small and inviting you don't feel judged or intimidated, it is a comforting environment. The trainers are dedicated and great they taking time out to help each individual person and get to know you. When starting there I struggled with probably even lifting 5kg of weight however last year I reached my ultimate goal of lifting 100kg (more than 30kg heavier than my body weight). I can not explain how big of an achievement this was and I could not have done this without Robs ongoing training and support. When training at Fitxcore I felt strong and energetic ans would recommend the semi private classes.
