Great butcher, quality meat produces, good customer service and takes EFTPOS !

I came to your shop on 19/06/2021 bought got meat around 3 kg but they given me lamb meat now they making so many drama and saying that you didn’t even bought it from here so .. Basically they don’t want give refund back and they blocked me from Facebook Acc . How sad I will not recommend to people go there and get meat from them thx

I was a regular customer of this butchery since they moved to Inala but not anymore. If I can give a negative rating, I would have done so!I went to shop on a Friday afternoon and politely asked a staff member to cut the meat as I preferred - I requested the same thing before and they were happy to do it so I asked for the same favour again. The other two ladies rudely and abruptly refused my request (on behalf of the staff assisting me) while they were serving other customers. They accused me of being overdemanding by raising their voices and using abusive languages. There are multiple ways to decline a customer's request nicely but they have chosen the nastiest one!After I posted a negative review on a Facebook group which I didn't expect many of their customers to share the same bad experiences with the shop, they lied to the public that a security guard was called to kick me out on that day in order to make their story sound legit. They had no reasonable ground to call a security guard as the goods had already been paid for while the staff were yelling at me (not to mention that they didn't pack some of the goods I already paid for but I only realised when I was home unfortunately). There were CCTV cameras at the shop if evidence is needed for who started being abusive first (unless they deliberately delete it).I had already given them a chance by not posting on Google which attracts more viewers. However, it doesn't appear that they appreciate it. Instead of rectifying the issues with their staff, they even posted conditions of entry on Facebook and requested customers to be polite and respectful (while they are the ones being nasty and have zero customer service). As a paying customer, is it fair that I have to put up with their rudeness while they said they don't tolerate abusive behaviours? They never feel apologetic to their attitude. I always support small businesses but definitely not this one!
