Walked in yesterday when the store was empty which did help, but both staff were friendly and able to teach me about solar systems and helped build a full setup around the few components I already had. I would have understood if they didn't know everything given the wide range of products they carry, but both gentlemen were able to advise on every step and item.They were very understanding and friendly, and the same to other customers that walked in. I felt stressed about my solar project and asking so much of them, but they were awesome guys! I'll be back in the future even if an item costs more, the service is worth it :)

Great range and very well priced. Don't expect the staff to know anything though, or even make much of an effort to find out for you. Polite, but not really going out of their way to help with your needs. One bloke just basically just sits behind the counter on his phone the last 3 times I have been in there.

Was very happy with service we received at the Innaloo store staff very helpful & professional in assisting us with our purchase with no pressure to make our purchase that day. They were happy to give us the information & let us go away & think about it, which we did & came back the next day & made our purchase along with several other items we needed. Would definitely go back. Definitely worth going to have a look.

Very disappointing experience. We called on a Sunday to ask if they had any outboard water pumps, which they confirmed they did. We even specified a Mercury 15hp. We went into the store hoping to pick up the part, fix our outboard and go on our trip as planned tomorrow. They did not understand our request on the phone, even after specifying several times. They took us to the water pumps for a caravan, which is not what we said on the phone or in store when we asked. For a boating business, their knowledge of boats is very limited. Very disappointed with the customer service, will not be visiting again. If you're after anything to do with boats, save yourself the trip and go somewhere else.

Awesome staff with loads of different products. A great place to spend countless hours.

A BIG shout out to Andrew ( Innaloo store ) . There was a bit of confusion over a steering cable . He went out of his way to organize the correct part and get it to me . OVER AND ABOVE customer service :-) THANKS
