I have never had a more horrible customer service experience than I had with the lady Sue in the office. She is quite possibly the rudest lady I have ever met. I’m lost for words at such an appalling level of interaction. Seriously something is not right here. It was my greatest displeasure 'interacting' with her. I’m clearly not the only one who has had an unpleasant experience from the looks of other reviews she has here already. Avoid, unless you enjoy dealing with Karen energy.It is such a disappointment for this business to be represented in such a bad manner.
