I had meeting with accountant - Mohan, he is so nice and explained things in details to me for my small sole trader business. Highly recommended for people who wish to find a good accountant who is helpful!

Really confusing experience with H&R block. I called up asking for nothing more than a price how much it would be to see someone to just ask them some salary packaging and tax implication questions. I was told it would be free and I would only pay at the time I set up an appointment to lodge my tax return. This is the only reason I went ahead with it. They booked me an appointment. I then got an email to cancel my appointment with no warning and when I called again, they reset up an appointment but told me it would be an $120 fee. When I explained I was told an initial appointment was free, they told me it was my mistake, despite me saying it was the very nature of my first call. Overall a huge time waste and a total run around for nothing.EDIT - I wrote to them on the email provided. No response to date.

Mohan was very helpful in assisting me do my tax returns. I had a few years that I had to submit and he efficiently went through them with me. I had my tax return in less than a fortnight. The process was painless, professional and reasonably priced. Also gave me advice for my next tax time.

STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!The slowest tax return I've every experience !!!!! Its been over 3 months since I started my tax return in July and I'm still waiting for it. I had alway did my tax return with H&R Block since 2016 , but after this HORRIBLE experience I will NEVER come back to H&B Block. I had to call every week and ask for an update of my return and always got told that ATO is unusually busy this year, or someone will give me a call back with an update, but never do so. However, my friend that did her own return and examption managed to get her return back before me and it only took her one and a half month.Clearly you have no problem taking payment right away and after that you don't care.STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!

Have done my tax return with them twice and their services are good and reliable. They look at your situation and try to figure out with you what you could probably claim back that you haven't thought of yourself. Their responses to queries are fast, it's easy to make appointments with them as they are available 6 days a week. You can claim the money you pay them back with your next tax return.
