Rec Xpress 24/7 Fitness Cheltenham

Hands down one of the best gym experience I’ve had to date. The team at Rec Xpress have been fantastic - special shout out to Nikki who has been incredibly supportive and kind. Highly recommend!

I came to this gym hoping to just do some extra running on cold and wet days but I was so lucky to meet the trainer Nikki! She showed me so many new things I never would have thought to try, tailored to my goals and our sessions were full of laughter and fun - it didn't even feel like a workout! Until the next day when I was nicely sore of course! Super helpful, a clean and fairly quiet space to enjoy - everyone is very friendly. Absolutely recommend :)

It's just a good place to train, they have all that's needed to cover all bases, great layout.The staff are perfect,If your local and need a gym..... it's brilliant

I thoroughly enjoyed my PT session and time at Rec Xpress. It’s a great gym, clean and has all the essential equipment. Nikki constructed a challenging workout for me which covered a lot of different areas of the body (which I loved). She was motivating and I can tell she genuinely loves the work that she does. Highly recommend Rec Xpress!

This is a very clean, well located with front and rear parking and friendly staffed gym here in Cheltenham. Pretty impressed with the space and the range of equipment available, as well as the PT trainers available to help achieve your personal goals.There is no better experience than when you walk in and get that friendly smile and hello regardless of who's staffed for that day.I'm glad I'm part of this gym and community.Thanks Nikki, Taya and Matt.Great job

Great and super friendly staff. wonderful location. The best thing is the 24/ 7 access but isnt dirty like most other 24/7 gyms. Highly recommend. I love to work out at Cheltenham Rec Xpress.

Having moved from another large gym franchise to Rec Xpress - I am really happy with the change. The gym is impeccably clean, the equipment is modern and I find the staff super nice. I've been really impressed with the move. The gym consistently promotes proper gym etiquette to all members for the purpose of making the place comfortable and safe for everyone.I left a gym where the toilets were old and messy, the showers were smelly with visible mold, the drains had a continual odor and there was the continuous overpowering noise of dropped weights. In contrast - Rec Xpress is clean, welcoming, supporting, hygienic and the staff courteous and friendly. Definitely and more refined, sophisticated and friendly environment.
