First negative review I've ever posted. Posted box as per measurements from Bunnings where I bought the box and even added a couple of CM's and added more weight (weighed on scales) just to cover any descepancies .. still got charged an additional $169 under declared weight" more than 2 weeks after the package has been delivered ! Wish I had of read these reviews before dealing with Transdirect

Be aware of fine print valuable cargo with two pallets of new ovens picked up. I took photos of the driver loading them. Never to be seen again. Apparently disappeared and to add to our loss the company said they are not liable . So they can pick up items from you and if you do not tick insurance they claim simply not their issue. Such a poor result when I have spend over $14000 with this company and now lost items worth much more than that . They hide behind fine print totally disappointing BE AWARE of what you hand over and what you agree toTerrible do not use unless you can afford to lose the item without accountability

Do not go through this company they pick up your parcel then claim no one collected it even though tracking clearly states product was collected.Turnaround time was meant to be 3 days its been 2 weeks and no one has any idea of what's happened.I have to constantly call to try get answers. Save yourself the headache go with a different company

Absolutely appalling treatment of small business! Parcels never picked up, had to chase them for days, make several phone calls, dealt with rude staff who could honestly not give a s#&t about my complaints. They all read the same script, we will escalate this! I have had a lot of very angry customers because of this mob. Wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely Horrible Experience. Went to send car part- as we have done previously with this company many times before. I weighed on my home scales of 29.3kgs, called the company as I needed to gain pre-approval for car part, and discussed weight as it wasn’t allowing me to add a decimal. Company advisor told me to round it down to 29kgs, showed the truck driver the weight to be certain. 2 weeks later receive a bill of $250.43, nearly triple what I originally paid advising Under Declared weight of 30kgs. I have called and emailed the company with no resolution to this and told I need to accept the overcharge. This is not acceptable. I sent another car part and weighed at home, took to Australia Post, same weight there. I think your scales are incorrect and you are overcharging your customers, watch out for these Scammers! Will never post again with this company.

It has been over a week an my package slated for next day delivery has not arrived. It has not been picked up. I have called twice and been assured twice that it was on its way. I was told 1 day delivery was an estimate. It has been 11 days and no one has contacted me. The only contact has been me calling them to follow up. Pretty disappointing.They offered a refund, but have no offered to deliver the package. I paid hundreds for the package and now I don't have it and it's a week late and the event is over. Terrible.

Always issues, long wait times when calling. They take money out of your card without permission (in addition) claiming the parcel size is incorrect without evidence! Theft! Got the money reimbursed but a lot of messing around to go through this has happened twice!

3 months ago Transdirect contracted a third party Hunter Express to freight a parcel from Coffs Harbour to Melb for us. It was organized by the seller & paid for by Us. Hunter Express sent us tracking info that the shipment was on its way, but the tracking never progressed and the shipment was not delivered. After calling Hunter Express many times the freight was deemed a lost item, a loss of $500 is not great.I’d called Transdirect & explained the situation and was told they’d look into it if I could get seller to contact them, he did but we’ve heard nothing from Transdirect. It was an irreplaceable item that was lost, be careful, I’d avoid these freight companies in future.

Transdirect somehow lost a parcel of ours after attempting a delivery. It took a month for them to advise us this was then lost. They advised us to make a claim which we did straight away. Their claims department said this wasn't valid as we needed to have made the claim within 7 days of the parcel originally being booked in. This makes no sense when they have taken over a month to realise the item was lost. Such dodgy terms and conditions.

BE WARNED!!!!I can't believe the audacity of this company.I had arranged a package that had been quoted a $74 freight fee, based on size and weight that had been increased to avoid any discrepancies. I was later charged an additional $211, deducted from my account without any prior notification.The reason given was that the actual size of the was 62cm rather than 60cm, when in fact it was measured prior to shipping and post shipment as under 60cm.And now I have to waste my time and effort to go through vcat to recover what I can only describe as stolen funds.Disgraceful.
